PAC Fails to Smell a Rat in Double-Tracking Project at Anwar Ibrahim

Despite a whopping RM1.14 billion overrun in cost, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) however failed to detect any wrongdoing in the Rawang-Ipoh double-tracking project.

“Based on our findings, it is hard for PAC to say that there is any embezzlement in the project because we found that most of the management implementations followed procedure, especially the financial procedure,” PAC chairperson Azmi Khalid told reporters in Parliament.

However, he said there is much room for improvement with regards to the implementation aspects.

“When the government decided to build the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) 13 years ago, its implementation and management were very tedious.

“But this time, although it only involved a double-tracking project, the implementation was untidy. So the issue that we will be raising to the government is to improve the standard of procedure,” he said.

The 2008 Auditor-General’s Report had stated that the double-tracking project was poorly managed, and this resulted in losses amounting to RM1.14 billion.

If it is so easy to detect , we don’t need PAC or MACC. We can get the school boys to audit. Sucker.

Its easy to used people money. But its so hard for the people to gain their income. Unfortunately our management in the corruption government just ignore the hardships of their own people.

If every year we missing one million here, 3 billion there, 4.5 billion overthere and everywhere..what of this nonsence government. Why Malaysian are always become a hardwood or a pillar without doing anything to overcome this kind of serious issues.

Please all of Malaysian. Be active and say something about our right. If everybody shouting and comments about the wrong doing of the goverment… the huge wave will change the stupidity of current govermnent. They are nothing if we do something. But they would do anything if we are just like ‘ranting kayu’. But if we pull our self together, all of us thighly help each others… we will become a ‘lidi penyapu’ which we could swept BN and UMNO away from the federal goverment.

So do a simple thing rather than doing nothing. Go for it…for next general election.

Kalu dia org beriman dgn hari pembalasan/kiamat…tentu dia org dah bertaubat dah…..ttp dlm kepala otak dia org hanya TAU BUAT je….bg dia org lagi,itu balasan, belakang kira……Oleh itu tugas sekarang nie adalah usaha rakyat yg sedar akan kepincangan yg UMNO-BN lakukan dgn memberi balasan (dgn izin Allah) kpd UMNO-BN dgn menukarkan segera parti yg memrintah kerajaan hari nie ke parti PAKATAN RAKYAT……maka dgn itu, telah dimakbul oleh Allah akan doa2 org yg telah dizalimi oleh UMNO-BN……Ummmmph Noooooo Be eNd……..
