   All citizens of a country should have equal opportunities and treatment irrespective of race or religion. I strongly believe policies laid by the ruling govt. should favour no ethnic or religious bodies. Inequality and marginalisation creates dissent and chaos in the long run. There should be a very strong opposition that can help the ruling or governing body to balance policies made and stabilise the nation to further progress and development, by checking graft and corruption. The ruling body should encourage the opposition to voice out in public. The opposition should not be barred from making press statements against the govt policies. These negative approaches will hinder the govt. from being effective and efficient, encouraging the rampant growth of corruption and dissent amongst the citizens. So Mr Anwar, we support you all the way in your war against corruption and in building a strong opposition, thus helping the govt. to check its weakness and improve its strength in nation building

   Mr Anwar, I felt I should voice out my concerns regarding respect, tolerance, equality and unity in diversity of this multi-racial and multi religious community known as Malaysia. I just went through the basic principles of the PM’s Islam Hadhari and noted that it had all the basic values for a well balanced nation and its development. I wonder what went wrong?

   Mr Anwar, I have thought about this for a while before I decided to type it to you. If I am wrong in my opinion by all means you are welcome to discard it and throw it into the rubbish. I feel that corruption is the direct manifestation of privileges bestowed upon an individual or party. I also think that the privileged TDM has indirectly done you a great service by emancipating you from the trappings of ignorance and fear. I hope you would also do mankind the great service by advocating an end to the privileged status for certain group of individuals in our society.
