1. Every citizen has a fundamental right to vote. But this right is
meaningless if he is not able to exercise it because his name is
removed from the electoral roll without his knowledge; or if he is
intimidated, or bribed or given all kinds of inducements to influence
his choice. In the recent Hulu Selangor by-election, we witnessed all
of the above. We have witnesses who will come forward with the
necessary evidence of blatant bribery starting from the Barisan
Nasional (BN) party worker right up to the Prime Minister (PM)
himself. The conduct of the Prime Minister is shameless and without
precedent. More importantly it is illegal. In these circumstances, we
will file an election petition as soon as my legal team is ready to do
so. Any voter from Hulu Selangor who wants to volunteer relevant
information to any of the PKR, DAP or PAS offices.
2. The conduct of free and fair elections is the constitutional duty
of the Election Commission. I maintain that they have violated that
duty in the recent by-election. They have allowed intimidation, false
information, and unfair and illegal electoral practices by the BN
machinery without any attempt to stop them. In fact, it was obvious to
me that the Election Commission was on the side of BN and wanting BN
to win. I will therefore institute appropriate legal action against
the Election Commission, in hope that future elections will be
conducted fairly to reflect the will of the people.
I will also sue Utusan Malaysia for calling me kaki botol. I was never
an alcoholic. Whatever I consumed was no more than whatever Mahathir
and other UMNO leaders had consumed. The Election Commission should
not have allowed for such a malicious and false campaign.
3. Pakatan Rakyat will mobilize a fresh campaign to make free and fair
elections a reality in this country. We will never be able to reflect
the will of the people and form the next Federal government if BN can
conduct the elections as they see fit, as they are doing now. Our
Election Commission must conduct elections that conform to
international standards. Our country must allow for international
observers to attend the Sibu by-election and all other elections in
the future. I ask the PM if he is as popular as he claims, then why is
he so afraid of a free and fair fight with the Opposition?
4. A Pakatan International Support group will be launched in London in
July. This is to garner international support for free and fair
elections in Malaysia. Malaysians residing overseas are eligible to be
members of this group. They will make representations and provide
information to other countries and international organizations on how
elections are conducted here and what the ruling party in Malaysia has
done to stay in power. By exerting international pressure so we hope
this BN government will one day allow for free and fair elections.

Ya. Teruskan perjuangan PR. Bilik perkhidmatan PKR tidak boleh ditutupkan. Berikan bantuan kepada penduduk tempatan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mereka. Cari peluang untuk merapatkan diri dengan penduduk orang Asli sebelum menjelang PRU 13.Semua anggota PR mesti belajar mendapati rakyat pada hari biasa dan bukan menjelang pilihanraya. Pucuk Pimpinan Tertinggi semua parti PKR,DAP ,Pas mesti memerhati/memilih calon yg paling sesuai yg mempunyai semangat perjuangan PR untuk setiap Dun dari sekarang sebelum PRU13. Ini boleh memberikan kerjasama yang rapat antara ahli dan Calon Adun menyusun stragedi yg baik dalam mendekati rakyat. Ini juga dapat mengelakkan Calon yg dilantik ditarik kaki belakang oleh penyokong dan boleh memberi masa yg cukup untuk setiap calon mempunyai tempoh masa yg cukup mengenali penduduk dan tubuhan bilik gerakan pilihanraya. Sediakan payung sebelum hujan lebih menguntungkan. Ini juga akan mengelakkan perselihan faham dalam perlantakan calon di setiap Dun antara PKR,DAP dan PAS. Mesyuarat Agung PR mesti diadakan lebih sering/rapat dari sekarang sehingga PRU 13. Ini akan memastikan kerjasama yg rapat dan teguh antara Parti PR. PR boleh menghalang segala peluru luar kalau pakatan sentiasa teguh.

I would like to congratulate Dato’ Zaid for gaining that much votes in Hulu Selangor Parliarmentary by-election. If not because of briberies, corrupt practices he shoule have been declared the winner. This means, he is the actually winner if the election was done in a fair, just and bribery-free manner. That doesn’t happen.
Bukan sahaja id Hulu Selangor, di tempat lain juga sama. AmnoApko akan sentiasa merasuah pengundi.
Dalam keadaan kita menang (contohnya di Permatang Pauh, Manek Urai, dll) mereka juga merasuah pengundi dgn cash. Ini amat ‘detrimental’ dan ‘damaging’ bagi Malaysia. Ini bermakna, yang kita menang, jumlah undi sebenar adalah lebih besar daripada angka yang dicatat. Dan dalam keadaan Dato’ Zaid “kalah”, Dato’ Zaid sebenarnya menang.
Walau apapun, PRU ke 13 nanti sudah barang tentu agak sukar untuk AmnoApko merasuah semua orang, semua kawasan seluruh Malaysia, kecuali janji-janji manis, ataupun menaikkan elaun itu dan ini bagi memikat 900,000 penjawat awam. Sebab itu, kita dapati PRU adalah berbeza.
Saya yakin, kemenangan palsu tidak akan kekal lama. PRU ke 12 dulu, bukti rakyat meluahkan perasaan mereka. Mereka kan melepaskan lagi apa yang terbuku di ahati pada PRU-13 nanti, kalau tak percaya, sama-sama kita tunggu nanti.
Kemenangan dengan cara ‘black-magic’ atau silap mata membuatkan rakyat bertambah benci kpd AmnoApko – gerombolan yang mencengkam Malaysia sejak 50 tahun lalu.
Tahniah sekali Dato’ Zaid. I hope you won’t give up. Never..! Ia cuma satu permulaan yang baik buat Dato’ Zaid and Pakatan.

who can believe the present ruling party? they manipulate almost all security, ecomomy and power in this country. eg petronas, polis, ISA, EPF, MAS, oil, logs, school, medias (newspaper & TV), courts, GLC (gov link co), state trust funds, etc. . .
this country is rich in natural resources, by the rate they go, where will be we in next 50 yrs ! may be we will be worst than Indonesia.
or our RM will be in the opposite direction than the Rupiah now?
NOW RM1.00 = Rp2,700 , next time Rp1 = RM2,700 !
will that be possible or not is all depend on the rakyat.
We rakyat need to sent the present gov to sleep and make a bit chnage.
by this big change, out value will never be USD1.00 = RM3.200 ,
BUT will return to USD1.00 = RM2.20
my heart is for the PR to take over the stupic money politic gov.

I sincerely believe Dato’ Zaid was cheated by corrupt AmnoApko practices in HS by-election. Zaid lost only to cheating. Satanic AmnoApko !
We were cheated also in many elections in the past. WE actually won much bigger in those elections that we won in the past. But cheating, corrupt practices made the recorded official figure less, much smaller than the actual votes thet we gained. Really satanic AmnoApko..

Persoalannya : 1. kalau dia bayar hutang lama…..Dia bayar selaku PM, tapi di Hulu Selangor dia sampaikan bayaran tu selaku presiden parti kah? Bukan kah dia berkempen ketika itu? dia tak guna jentera kerajaan kah?
2. hutang kerajaan sekarang baru bayar itu pun tertakluk kepada siapa rakyat mau undi. Atau tahan bayaran duit ganti rugi tanah peneroka tu bertahun-tahun , menang undi….. kasih.
tak menang…….. tak kasih. Kan ini ‘menculik’ namanya tu.
3. taktik ini akan menjadi trend BN dipilihan-raya-pilihan-raya akan datang…….. kerana SPR sudah mungkin menghalalkan nya.
4.Pendedahan Pakatan tentang bermacam-macam skandal kerajaan memang tak kena beli..umpama gimmick politik Pakatan yang dah besi…rakyat tak meluak kah? .Pakatan perlu ubah stretigik……
Bagaimana jika Pakatan biarkan saja rakyat negeri ni ditelanjangi terus. Mereka yang tak tau mencintai negaranya akan merasa bahangnya nanti.Tak perlu bertanding dimana-man pilihan raya kecil pabila kerusi kosong, lepas saja kat BN. Bila nak dekat PR13 nanti, barulah timbul Pakatan jadi penyelamat….Ini idea bodoh saya

In the recent HS by-election…we have witness so much money was used but GE13…HS will be return to PR,freely by the Rakyat !

Di hulu selangor, yang menang bukan MIC atau UMNO atau pun BN tetapi adalah WANG,SPR dan MEDIA.. Ini tidak akan berlaku pada PRU-13 dan saya harap Datuk akan dicalonkan lagi bertanding kerusi parlimen pada PRU-13

terdapat laporan bahawa ada orang yang tidak dikenali mengawal jalan masuk ke kampung orang asli supaya mereka tidak dapat keluar mengundi dalam PRK di hulu selangor. Jika berita ini benar sila bawa saksi/orang asli tersebut ke pejabat keadilan untuk press conference. Biar berita ini masuk dalam malaysiakini dan blog-blog.

Perkara mudah- apabila kita sudah bergelumang dengan rasuah setiap hari, ia akan menjadi budaya. Bila menjadi budaya, kita tak merasakan ia menjadi kesalahan kerana kita kata, memberi wang sebagai membayar hutang lama tapi penduduk felda kene undi BN. Mereka tak kata itu salah… maka telah tiba masanya kita mengubah mereka…ubah kerajaan yang telah buta ini. Lihatlah, kalau ahli UMNO tidak buta, sudah pasti mereka menentang khidmat APCO, bila dah buta, apa saja yang dibuat bagi mereka adalah ok, mufti pula semua berdiam diri… mana fatwa-fatwa yang sepatutnya dikeluarkan? Fatwa mereka perlu pengesahan kerajaan pusat ke?

Orang kampungpun boleh faham apa AmnoApko buat muttakhir ini untuk terus berkuasa. Kehilangan kuasa adalah suatu yang amat tidak disukai AmnoApko. Lain takpa, jangan hilang kuasa..
Kita perhatikan apa mereka buat..
1) Membeli ADUN Perak utk merampas semula Perak secara jijik dan tidak bermoral
2) Membeli Ahli Parlimen supaya majoriti 3/4 di Parlimen. Senang nak pinda undang2/ perlembagaan bagi memudahkan kerja jahat mereka
3) Merasuah pengundi dengan duit cash, mesti menang at all cost, mesti menang dgn apa cara sekalipun – halal haram tak diambilkira. Bedal saja. Yahudipun, kalau “haram” menurut kepercayaan mereka, mereka tak berani buat. AmnoApko tadak istil;ah halal-haram. Demi kuasa dan $$$$$$, kontrak, dll semuanya sudah jadi halal. Mangkuk hayun AMNGOK ! Jahanam Malaysia.
