Re: DSAI v Dr Mahathir – Defamation Federal Court

The Federal Crt Registry (Deputy Registrar Puan Jumirah bte Marjuki) has informed me (by facsimile at 3.23pm) that it has fixed 14th April 2010 to hear the Leave Application which was postponed last week (1st March 2010) after DSAI applied to recuse two of the Federal Court Judges. Copy of the notification is attached herewith for your easy reference.
