I agree that the prosecution has been over zealous in its persecution. Looks like the judge has done himself the favour of a right decision in making that contradictory staement. It would facilitate the recusal for himself and help him to get out of the sticky situation he has been put in.It isn't easy to adhere to instructions from above which are against good principles and be a fair judge at the same time. It's difficult to go against the tide. Its best to find a nice way out through a recusal and I think it might be on that path.All well and will end well for a recusal. prof JB We can’t get good results out of wrong decisions. Mat kumpulkan wang untuk lantik seorang islam dalam penal tersebut mewakili PAS dan Kekawan semua. Kekawan semua rasanya setuju dengan kebolehan luar biasa beliau dalam banyak pembelaan kes PAS dan sebagainya. DSAI kena fikirkan kebolehan seorang islam dalam membela musibah tersebut. Dengan doa PR dan usaha berterusan Insallah SWT. DSAI akan terlepas dari kes atau lakonan tersebut. Kawan saya SIR ABU bagilah komen sikit tentang ini.....
