From Malaysian Insider
The fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin, or RPK, has raised the ante again against Datuk Seri Najib Razak by threatening to expose another statutory declaration by missing private investigator P. Balasubramaniam.
Talk has been swirling for several weeks now that the private investigator was going to surface after going missing since July last year.
There has been speculation that Balasubramaniam would restate allegations against the prime minister he first made in a statutory declaration last year linking Najib to the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
In a posting on his Malaysia-today.net portal, RPK alleges that Balasubramaniam had been living in India since he went missing and had been paid to keep quiet.
“Little did they know that Bala was just biding his time, waiting for the right moment to strike back.
“And now he is striking back and has come out to reveal what really happened since the time he signed his first statutory declaration, followed by the second one the following day, 16 months ago,” RPK wrote.
For the opposition, this development, if true, will provide a chance to put the prime minister under pressure and put a difficult issue for him back on the table.
While RPK provides little concrete evidence for his allegations, such is his following and influence among Malaysians that his attacks against Najib remain damaging.
In his latest attacks, he publishes photographs of cheques allegedly made out to Balasubramaniam.
And he promised to make more revelations within the next month.
Abdul Razak Baginda, one of Najib’s closest associates, had been charged for abetment and tried for the 2006 murder of Altantuya.
Abdul Razak was eventually acquitted. But two policemen who were once on Najib’s security detail were found guilty of the murder.
Abdul Razak had admitted that Altantuya was his lover.
But the close ties between the major players in the murder and Najib have always dogged the prime minister, with critics like RPK frequently accusing the government of a conspiracy to protect the PM.
Last year, Balasubramaniam caused a stir when he made public a statutory declaration in which he alleged Najib had a sexual relationship with Altantuya.
But he then made another statutory declaration a day later retracting the accusations against Najib.
After that Balasubramaniam disappeared.
The private investigator had been hired by Abdul Razak to help him deal with Altantuya, who was alleged to have been harassing him.
Balasubramaniam was also a witness in the murder trial.

One Day Truth will prevail. Virtue will prevail against evil. The END

My dearest RPK. You are just a coward and stupid poor old man. You have been used by Anwar Ibrahim for his personal vendetta against Najib and yet you fail to realise this fact. Wake up RPK! Don’t be like Ezam. Ezam had sacrificed all his entire life and family for the sake of Anwar’s so-called struggle and at the end of the day, he regreted his sacrifice and leave Anwar for obvious reason. Don’t you see that?

And after that he(Ezam) went around town foaming his mouth with halt truth.(And he was so UNEFFECTIVE in the various by-elections that the umno leadership ask him to please don’t come in latest one- see what happened, umno won.)
And who do you think RPK is. You don’t think RPK have a mind of his own. He’s only doing whats right. The real cowards are those who skirt behind the various govt. agencies to persue their own cause. You damn well know who these people are.
RPK and many others have done great deeds and sacricice for justice and nation. And I’m confident it will not be in vain.
To PR also, please buck up.

Even if its personal vendette we will still go for it, know why?
One word, “kezaliman”. If they can happily send someone into jail, and torture that man, they would do the same to others.

hello Brother nazmy,Let the freedom of news flow so that the truth of an allegation can be ascertained. We all need to know the truth of the disappearance of P.I. Bala. Let him resurface to tell his story, then only the truth may be established. As for Ezam and nalla, there have no principles and are not worth our mention.

Bala resurfacing? I don’t bet on it too much. For the time being lets not forget the real issues abt Bala.
1. Bala made a damaging SD and later retracted it.
2. Bala and his family went missing after that.
3. The police cry out loud over the incident and ‘hastily’ it seems, to hve contacted the
interpol to find Bala.
4. Then the police declared Bala was somewhere safe.
5. When asked how Bala go out fm the country. The police says it was tro’ proper exit.
Can all of us see this? If they hve nothing to hide, Bala should be ‘drag’ by the neck and face the consequences for making a false SD to Najib. The police hve taken us for a ride when they told us they are at lost with Bala disappearance. It doesn’t takes one to be a policeman to hve the acumen to check your own gate first.
The jurisprudence in M’sia had been so bad that an SD was insignificant. Not only in this case but the numerous SD’s even from the policeman themselves RPK included. RCI findings as in Linggam case was also rendered insignificant.
To me even without Bala physically, the issue was enough to cast doubt on our govrn. that had turn every organization that was suppose to guard the public interest inclined to their likings.

RPK and PI Bala should not worry about revealing the truth, so long as they are out of the country. Najib and his henchmen would do everything including C4 or ISD if they appear in Malaysia to remove them. I am glad they are in a safe sanctuary but let them voice the truth, the more they can reveal, Najib will call for a flash election and Najib and his henchmen will have to make a dash for freedom while watching the election results. Nab the mother of corruption – Mahathir, he will cry like a baby when cornered. At the expense of UMNO and the Malay population he enriched himself, his children and his cronies and blame Soros and everyone except himself when the ringgit collapsed.
Put Malaysia back on the map, without Mahathir and Najib, Malaysia will be corruption free and good place to bring up your children. Malaysians will come back and reverse the brain drain.
UMNO & MCA may have financial clout to seal up all the Malaysian media. Learn from Obama, fight for change for the better. Malaysians unite and contribute to Anwar fight against the Malaysian judiciary, the virulent cancer Mahathir planted are spreading all over Malaysia and now include MACC, Khir Toyo beside Police, Navy, Petronas, Port Klang, CIMB and daughter of Sultan Azlan Shah, Chief Minister of Sarawak & thousands of cronies.

How many of those who end up for investigate had died. Thus, there is where no confident had come, whether your retreat and hide or you end up with those who loss their life and challenge the game outside.
Please refer to DSAI earlier case of than think my brohter Najmy.

How many died in the hand of the police including one in SPRM during the investigation. Thus, RPK or Bala may have think about this and challenge from outside, rather than be a hero with hand tight or die or be bitten up for nothing.
Please refer to late Teoh or DSAI earlier case with black eye. Malaysia is no more like the old time under previous PM, TARs. Some previous leaders under the Perikatan was also brought to justice.
Sad after the fall down of Tun Salleh Abas, everything are to correct, correct.
If u Najmy living in good life having all the facilities provided in the house do you think your son will steal a motorbike for the fun of it.
Please lah NAjmy dont act ‘Bodoh” or be “Bodoh” Ezam or Roslan Kassim will laugh at you.

He has zipped his mouth and has been silent on the PI Bala issue for too long. We are anxious for the truth. But his silence confirms his guilt. PI Bala return and reveal the truth. Then we will have our Champion and Brother DSAI to lead us.

I dont think Mr Bala will resurface. No way. No. Never. This is just a gimmick – another one from PKR, as usual.

I don’t have any confidence that PI Bala can do much to Najis.
Najis can make PI Bala disappear the second time, maybe forever this time.
Bala, suggest you come back only for GE13.
If PR lost, then come back 50 yrs later.

was he really waiting to strike back, or for the money that was promised to him to keep quiet? i would love for the truth to come out, but i can only imagine this:
he get contacted by the fella who promised to pay him but didn’t. he gets paid as promised. he keeps quiet once again.

For the betterment of all Malaysians, RPK n the gang must stop from now what he is doing all the while. He should wait until 13th General Election and join PR to contest. Don’t make our country worsen as our economy is just starting to picing up under the new leadership. We don’t care who he is the PM, important he is capable and can deliver what rakyat hopes for. So far PM is doing a good jo although only 6mths in charge .I am not supporting any political parties but my views is just a personal one.
