BN vs. PR. At the moment BN looks like slowly climbing back from their March 2008 disaster. All forms of media are under their command, and are under their directive to help propagate their manifestos. They will manifest thro' the medias that whatever campaigns and tasks they carry out, even how ridiculous and how unyielding these operations may be, are good and for the benefits of the public. They are doing these incessantly, and hoping psycho and driving the message of BN's great achievements to the public; who usually have unusually short memory. Everything PR tries to propose or carry out, their good intentions were not highlighted or praised by the medias. Another more glaring issue is that the medias are exceptionally quick in publicizing PR's weaknesses and failures, so much so they have successfully created a very low image for PR's performances. Even though PR leaders had tried their very best, through their newsletters and blog spots, to woo better public opinions of the opposition's alliance, but it is to no avail. Over a period of time, the public's enthusiasm in hoping to see positive results and actions by PR have been dwindling as the result of insufficient publicity and immense effort by the BN government to check their progress and blank out the info from leaking to the public. It is high time for PR to stop immediately all internal conflicts and bickering to counter the BN's restrictions, oppressions and abuses. PR has to, from time to time, create or launch new ideas or manifestations to reinforce the public opinion in them upbeat. PR must often device new and unpredictable methods to catch the BN crooks off-guard, in order for it to survive until the GE. PR have to sustain good rapport with the public and to reinvigorate the enthusiasm in them. Beware! BN is going all out to kill the public's enthusiasm in PR so that by the time the GE13 arrives, PR is already a spent-force. Don't self-destruct the good work you guys have achieved thus far. Frankly, blogs are not as effective as they used to be, basically people don't have so much time reading them (most people are lazy to read) and their enthusiasm have been waning because you guys kept failing to fulfill your promises and produce result. If everyday you guys kept harping on the same issues without any positive result being accomplished, then you guys better buck up and carry out, immediately, effective remedial actions. Hope to see PR have a better tomorrow. BN is already borrowing your ideas to gain supports from the people. God bless you guys.

I totally agree with DSAI that He is not likely to get a fair trial, but on the other hand, let us also remember that PKR grew and expanded under the leadership of DSAI's wife, and therefore I too believe that even if the BN government does pervert the course of justice and does jail DSAI, the change of leadership in PKR changing and passing to his wife will in fact enhance the power of the opposition. I have seen the excellent performance of DASI's wife on TV in an interview with Australia's SBS and she just was simply impressive. I believe that if DSAI is wrongly convicted and his wife takes over the leadership of PKR, the situation will greatly increase the influence of the Opposition. Since the March 8 General Elections, Pakatan Rakyat under the dynamic leadership of DSAI, Lim Kit Siang, son Guan Eng, Zaid Ibrahim, Karpal, and Tok Guru have simply taken off, and seems to be building a momentum all on its own. To my mind, unless there is FRAUD BEING PERPETRATED, then the outcome in the next election will definitely go to a Pakatan Rakyat victory. My prayer for a Pakatan Rakyat victory is for sincere and meaningful reform of the Malaysian Judiciary because as the judiciary stands today, MALAYSIAN JUDGES ARE POLITICIANS AND THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE OFFICE. Finally, I wish to add one last word. The problem that is fesering in PAS need to be resolved one way or the other, either the ERDOGANS HAVE IT OR THE MULLAHS HAVE, there cannot be ambiguity on this issue. There is no compromise because the differences is IDEOLOGICAL.

.. oh one last thing.
Malaysia can have the boleh attitude but no body else in this world cares because its all about economic strength. Until Malaysia has a competative economy, it will remain an economic backwater due to its uncompetative socio-political foundations.

Malaysia had its chance with such an abundance of natural resources.
Malaysia had its chance to be an economic powerhouse... to be a prosperous nation... differebnt to the status-quo of south east asia aka impoverished.

But it has failed at all levels... from a corperate governance level, to company branding all the way through to the governments attempt to implement standards.. ie MSC Status Something that can be bought for RM130,000.

And when Malaysia has something, maintenance of that "thing" is nonexistent.

From a legal stand point, Malaysia can not argue with the truth.
The truth that it still is living in Apartheid, still living in the deep south Missisipi where fear and division is rampant, where Chinese are treated like Jews, where Indians get no respect and where the poor Malays get trodden on... What a disgrace..

Malaysia is an ugly, disgusting political landscape, full of corruption and smart arrogant men who know how to "talk" .Good luck. You're going to need it because Obama, a black man in a majority white country knows what it feels like to be marginalised... you think he is going to listen to Najib?

I find Malaysians very silly.

There is nothing wrong with teaching in Bahasa, but the sophisticated elite in Malaysia, especially the wealthy and well educated have as can be observed, have an excellent command of the english language.

If you move to remote areas in Malaysia, particularly the economic deficient or the poor, regardless of the demographics whether they be Indian, Malay or chinese, they all have one thing in common. Their inability to converse in the english language.

Malaysia as a nation is in trouble. English should be seen as an important skill set. I have no qualms about teaching in Malay... but something must be done to bolster Malaysia's english language proficiency because if Malaysia is too blind to look beyond their own hands, thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Phillipines will inevitably will.. Malaysia can have Pride all it wants... but Pride without economic achievement and economic results is futile.

Unfortunately I am a by-product of Malaysia's NEP where Racial discrimination, denial of rights due to the colour of my skin has forced me to assist and be patriotic for a country that values me for me... not because I am a Malay or chinese.

Malaysia is in trouble because its leaders are too corrupt,
They have difficulty in doing what is right and give up on this because its too hard or too complicated...

To all Malaysian,

One can't deny the importance of both BM & BI.As a Malaysian one should 'implant' in one's mind that BM is our national language. This had been been agreed upon by our past leaders & should be not be quetionable anymore. Put a FULLSTOP to this.

Nevertherless, means have to be found inorder to curb the weakness of our usages in BI as an international language & at the same time the usages of BM has to be strengthen too.Malaysian citizen whether they are malay, chinese, indian, iban, bidayuh, melanau, kenyah, kelabit, kayzn sekapan, beketan, lun bawan, penan, punan, kedayan(just like to introduce a few, some of us might not know),kedazan dusun, bajau, illanun or etc. should by right at least can understand our BM,our national laguage if not fluent enough.

PPSMI let the 'specialist' in this field deal it.Please don't make it as a polical mileage or debate.

BE PROUD OF OUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE.

My dear friend,

U can see intelligent debate in the parliament ok by Pakatan Rakyat but look how BN handle them! Rakyat must watch often whats going on in the parliament and see how Pakatan Rakyat bash BN.

Pakatan Rakyat struggle is very clear to head towards kerajaan yang bersih cekap dan amanah! To me, the rakyat must know already which coalition to support! Its obvious Pakatan Rakyat should rule after the next election. Majority of rakyats are supporting Pakatan Rakyat!
