Was it fully implemented in the past in Sarawak? Are the workers of EC given time off to vote or their election slips are simply passed on to someone to vote on their behalf? We all know the above are unlikely to happen in Peninsular Malaysia because of its easy accessibility, communication and scrutiny. What about the rural interior of Sarawak? BN/PBB has the benefit of traveling the vast Batang Ai DUN area using helicopters and planes with goodies to distribute, while the PR coalition can only realize on the door to door campaign cooperative effort of PKR, DAP and SNAP.
