Two things I pretty much stay away from blogging about – people’s families, and people’s sex lives. You’ll never see pictures of the sexy exploits of politician’s sons on Jelas (though perhaps, that’s more due to jealousy than anything else, haha).
I thought about it though, and in this case, I think it is in fact in the national interest – due to a question that needs to be answered (see below).
After making enquiries, I’m pretty sure that MACC After making enquiries, I’m pretty sure that MACC Chairman, Ahmad Said – the man who is wrongfully and prejudicially intent on declaring Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim guilty before proper prosecution takes place – has a son named Ahmad Shauqi.
It turns out, Ahmad Shauqi is a pilot who was recently found guilty in Australia for bringing child porn into the country (I suspect that the website referred to him as ‘Ahmad Said’ because they thought that that was his surname).
Whether he was really smuggling child porn, or whether he was simply the victim of that ridiculous amounts of spam we all get and unfair targeting by Australian authorities is outside the scope of this blog’s speculation.
I also think that the Malaysian police are supposed to conduct their own investigation and prosecution into this case. Apparently, this police investigation and prosecution never took place.
It’s this last bit that raises serious questions that take this out of the personal/family sphere, and into the public sphere.
As a public official, Ahmad Said must be free of any aspersions that suggest an inability to carry out his duties freely, fairly and independently.
Should Ahmad Said have a son who seems to have “escaped” criminal proceedings here in Malaysia, I think we cannot say that Ahmad Said is in a position to enjoy full public confidence.
After all, it then becomes reasonable for us to question: Has Ahmad Said been coerced into pursuing only selective MACC prosecutions against certain parties in return for having his son granted immunity from criminal prosecutions?
I wish to emphatically state once again that I have little interest in sullying Ahmad Shauqi’s name, in his alleged crime, and especially in connecting whatever his misdeeds may or may not be to his father. I am not interested in Ahmad Said’s parenting abilities, or the moral integrity of the rest of his family.
I am however, forced to take an interest in the ability of Ahmad Said to fulfill his duties as a public official impartially. Should he fail in this task, then it falls to us as the public to investigate all the possible reasons why. Unanswered questions will only cast further aspersions into the integrity of the already sullied MACC.

A Malaysia Airlines pilot who was caught importing child pornography to Australia yesterday has faced court.
When Ahmad Said, 25, arrived at Adelaide Airport yesterday he said he did not have anything to declare.
But customs officers searched his laptop and found child sex videos.
A handcuffed Said has faced court.
Magistrate Simon Smart told him the videos were cruel and violent and it was a disgrace that the married father of two had brought the material to Australia.
The magistrate said people like Said encouraged the market for child pornography.
Said, whose wife is expecting their third child, was fined $6,000.
He left court with a jumper over his head because of television camera crews.

Video-video itu bertajuk “Reped (sic) Virgin’, “10-Year Old” dan “High School Students.”
“Bahan-bahan itu menjijikkan dan sangat tidak boleh diterima – sesiapa yang baik akan menerima kesan buruknya,” kata Majistret Simon Smart.
Mr Smart berkata terdapat satu adegan rogol yang memaparkan seorang kanak-kanak perempuan bawah 18 tahun yang dipaksa untuk mengadakan hubungan seks dengan seorang lelaki yang lebih tua usianya.
Sementara itu, Syarikat Penerbangan MAS telah menggantung Ahmad Shauqi nombor kakitangannya 1086993 daripada melakukan penerbangan bagi membolehkan satu siasatan dalaman diambil oleh syarikat penerbangan nasional berkenaan.
Berita mengenai kejadian ini tidak dilaporkan oleh media massa arus perdana di negera ini.
Beberapa forum di internet melihat kehinaan yang menimpa Ahmad Said Hamdan ini adalah sebagai satu “balasan” terhadap sikap Pengerusi SPRM yang telah menjadi bahan kritikan rakyat yang dianggap terlalu “banyak melakukan kesalahan pilih kasih dan bias” di dalam tindakannya.
Baru-baru ini Ahmad Said Hamdan dengan terang-terangan telah melakukan kesalahan apabila dilihat cuba bertindak mencemarkan nama-nama pemimpin Pakatan Rakyat dengan membuat kenyataan berbaur politik.
“Beliau akan terus ditimpa kehinaan dan keaiban jika beliau tidak berhenti dari melakukan kerja-kerja hina bagi pihak UMNO/BN, kita akan berdoa agar Allah akan dedahkan kebenarannya,” tegas seorang forummer yang berang dengan gelagat pengampu-pengampu seperti Ahmad Said hamdan ini.

Now I know why this retarded bum from MACC Ahmad Said was so “efficient and fast” in condemning our fellow PKR MB Khalid. His balls must be squeezed by Mr.C4 and our infamous sleepy flipflop, lame duck guy.

I can’t help but see it as selective prosecution. It’s been so obvious. Again Abdullah has fail (the so call more transperent ACA). It’s not even just a change of name, in fact it’s even worse. So obvious.

So, please make a police report against this man so that he can be investigated, and if he is really the son of that DG of MACC, and his father is involved in some kind of corruption deal to protect his son, this must be exposed. Ahmad Said has committed a very serious error of judgment in his haste to please his political masters.
The general belief and the fact is that, there is very little evidence for the MACC to act against the Selangor MB for any abuse of power. Power or public office used for the benefit of the public and not for the benefit of the power/public holder or his family is never a crime. With such little and unconvincing evidences, it would put the MACC in a very bad light to initiate proceedings against the MB, eventhough Ahmad Said himself is very desirous to do so to please his political masters.
Thus, the easiest way out is to pass the buck to Gani Patail who is wont to make political decisions, just like the previous and present persecutions of Anwar Ibrahim.
To give better leverage for Gani Patail to act, Ahmad Said is being used to come up with this political statement of , ‘ we have strong evidences against Khalid’ statement, when in fact there is none. Just like the persecution of Anwar Ibrahim, any prosecution/persecution is intended to destabilise the PR Gov’t and to put them in a bad light; its object is to harrass and to irritate them rather than to uphold the law and to see that the law takes its own course.
The question is, why didn’t the MSM reporters ask Ahmad Said about the ACA investigations against Gani Patail and Musa Hasan also and whether they have uncovered enough evidences to initiate proceedings against them both.
You see, the political public statements by Ahmad Said were all well rehearsed and orchestrated considering the fact that this is the first time in the history of the ACA/MACC where they commented on a case bf prosecutions had commenced.

That Ahmad Shauqi might had been subjected to paedophillia activities to when he was younger by you know who, yes i am implying his oldman Ahmad Said Hamdan the winner of the most obedience mutt (sorry not a pedigree) this week.

Realistically and statistically, those toddlers are in the higher risks level by virtues of being close to and related the suspected and convicted perpetrator/s.
Which organisations are man enough to conduct this ?
In some countries, young children such as these would be seperated from potential perpetrators i.e. their own parents for a period of time by phsychologists to analyse if any damage has been and whether they have been victimised themselves.
Please do take into account the welfares of those childrens as they are the most vulnerable of us all.

YB DSAI, secara peribadi saya berpendapat Pakatan Rakyat jangan terlalu berlembut dengan propaganda media BN, atau kroni mereka yang selagi boleh mencari jalan dan kaedah untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan negeri-negeri Pakatan Rakyat i.e. Perak, Kedah, Selangor, Penang.

I was really shocked to learn that the pilot was having child porn pornography in his computer. But for everyone pls bare in mind, whatever wrong or right u do will always reflect back at yr parents. How yr parents brought u up? In this instance, his parents fails in their duties in bringing him upSatu perkara yg jijik, dah kahwin pun masih tengok video lucah. It’s an utter travesty that Ahmaid Said’s son was not even tried in court for the possession of child pornography. In fact, the whole thing was all hushed up, with the Gov-controlled media keeping quiet. An article by Bernama newspaper mentioned only the name of the Singapore pilot, but only vaguely mentioned “a Malaysia Airlines pilot” being also involved.

Child pornography is a heinous crime. In the USA, it is considered a federal felony and those found guilty of possessing or distributing it will be arrested by the FBI and can be jailed for a minimum of 5 years.
But in Malaysia? No action was taken against this pervert Ahmad Shauqi. I won’t be surprised if he’s still happily keeping his job in MAS. If so, that hypocrite Ahmad Said has no business helming an anti-corruption agency in the first place.

Ingat lagi tak anak bekas Ketua polis negara yang jadi broker tapak perniagaan musim raya beberapa tahun yang lepas. Kes ini dalam siasatan BPR ketika itu. Kes ini bukan sahaja merupakan kes salah guna kuasa bekas datuk bandar akan tetapi ini juga melibatkan pemalsuan kad pengenalan ahli puteri UMNO di Kelana Jaya.
