KOTA KINABALU, Nov 21 (Bernama) — Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is confident of uniting the main political parties in Sabah and Sarawak, which are in the opposition front, to field a single candidate against the Barisan Nasional (BN) in all constituencies in the next general election.
He said such a formula, mooted by the PKR, DAP and PAS in peninsular Malaysia, had proven to be highly successful to the opposition front in the last general election on March 8.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim akan melancarkan kempen mansuhkan Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (ISA) Ahad ini 23hb November 2008. Majlis pelancaran tersebut akan berlangsung di Dataran Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (MPAJ), Pandan Indah pada jam 9 malam. Selain Datuk Seri Anwar, Presiden PAS, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang dan YB Lim Kit Siang yang juga ahli Parlimen Ipoh Timur turut dijadualkan berucap di majlis tersebut.
