Yang saya tak faham tu, orang yang buat kerja ni sembahyang dan pergi masjid, sekurang-kurangnya pada hari Jumaat, menjadi imam tarawikh. Tidakkah mereka takut kepada hukuman Tuhan kelak akan balasan pembuat fitnah. i dont mean to create an uproar but the investigation itself is not done yet, how can you just simply categorize this as political charges, firstly it’s a criminal charges.
Secondly, DSAI himself wants this time around, it will be different from the 1998 case, but i can see that the DSAI’s camp keep on comparing the two cases..
then how do you actually want to start anew?

If I were sessions court judge S M Komathy, I would feel ridiculous and embarrassed for having to preside over this ‘no case’ charge. No wonder the whole ’serious’ affair ended within an hour. Now what is the case on the 10th Sept? How far will it go and how long will it take? What a mockery of the judiciary!!!!!

Yes Mr. Human Rights…the RAKYAT will watch. Just shut up and watch! The ‘bangsawan’ had been staged again and again. The question is why charged when the the accusation is proven baseless? The credibility of the accuser is also in doubt.

We know this is just a political ploy to buy time. This has gone too far. The ‘kerajaan’ keep telling ‘you rakyat…you are stupid! Go back watch television and let us rule the country!”

..and why are we so intimidated?

1. If the allegation is true – the sodomy did occur – both parties (the top and the bottom) should be charged for engaging in the so called â€œcarnal intercourse against the order of nature.â€ (what ever that means).

2. The charge was sodomy – is it a rape crime?

3. The accused had to defend himself and face the people to save guard his dignity and the accuser just talk through his lawyer like a super VIP fearing his life in danger. I wonder what kind of goon would buy that!

4. The prime minister, the deputy, the ministers had come out with their own verdict.

What else can the people do ? This country is so crew up big time!
