MYSinchew.com – (Letter To Editor) The arrest of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at 1pm, one hour ahead of the given deadline of 2pm by the police is uncalled for. The police should have at least waited until 2pm before they arrested on Anwar Ibrahim. Why the hurry to pick up Anwar at 1pm?
From newspaper reports, it clearly shows that it only took 15 minutes to ferry Anwar from his house in Bukit Segambut to the Police Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur (IPD KL). Even on a busy day, it may only take 30 minutes to an hour to reach the IPD KL.
What is important is that Datuk Seri Anwar presented himself up for the interrogation, instead of showing that the police have the power to arrest! Even if Anwar was late by 10 minutes due to heavy traffic jam caused by the police themselves or lack of their presence, what’s the big deal? Malaysians are used to arriving for appointments late by even half-an-hour, including some a few cabinet ministers.
What basis the police suspected that Anwar Ibrahim was planning to defy the 2pm ultimatum. They could have at least waited in front of Anwar’s house and arrest him at 2pm. Anything short of that is clearly uncalled for and the officer who issued the instruction should face the music for defying his own ultimatum.
The public is definitely wondering why all the rush to arrest Anwar? For the sodomy case, the police took the accused in by force; in the other case involving a deputy prime minister, no investigation was being carried out even after the first statutory declaration was issued.
One of the accusers has apparently gone into hiding, while the other accuser is being charged for making his allegations, instead of investigation being carried out to establish the truth of the matter over such a serious allegation.
The public is watching the way how the police is acting and in many incidents, it is not difficult to even see through the drama (sandiwara) created for a specific intention.

When a tree loses its roots the leave then the branches begins to fall the loss appears to be minimal if not tolerable – with such tolerance we act as a fertilizer not withstanding that the head came from the root and now that the root is fed oxygen via the head the entire body become contaminated needless to say barking the tree to kill it will not suffice its better to cut the head off, the whole head perchance the tree will become well once again.

For Sodomy to take place , there must be a PENETRATION [presumably with the male organ] into the anus of the Accuser. In this case, the Accuser says he was SODOMIZED and not the other way round, the Accuser sodomized the Accused , in which the word accuser still applies as willing and consensual.
1] if Penetration takes place, there MAY be left behind on the private parts of the Accuser the following things left by the Accused:
a) skin flakes , hair and lastly semen or blood in the confines of the Accused anal parts.
b) this skin flakes, hair and semen MAY only be left behind on the body of the Accuser on the 26th June, 2008.
c) the Accused presumably, have taken a Bath with Plenty of Shower Cream and/or Soap, thus removing the evidences, excepting the SEMEN or blood, if ejeculated into the orifices of the Accused, remain inside.
d) the Accused when to see the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, presumably, on the 27th June, 2008 [ check with the DPM ] with the SEMEN still inside the orifices.
e) the Accused then, on the next day 28th June, 2008 made a Police report at Jalan Travers and later at GHKL after undergoing a Medical Examination.
f) so the Doctors or Consultants FRCPhy FRCOG etc must have examined the ANUS and Anal Orifices of the Accused for the following :
(i) sign of wear and tear to the anal parts.
(ii) droplets of SEMEN or Blood of the Accused.
(iii) any skin flakes or hair that might be deposited in the anal parts still lodged.
2] so confident was the Accuser, that he made a Police Report at GHKL that he was sodomized by a Particular Accused !
What conclusions can we make … in such a short time, the Doctors and Consultants FRCPhy FRCOG must have carried out a DNA testing that by 5.45 pm they have the results.
3] Our Police force [largely under achievers of the SPM population or even the degree mills] will now have to get to the BOTTOMs of the Accuser for the DNA of the Accused.
a) They already have the Accused DNA ? What would they want to do with blood specimens of the Accused now ?
b) Well, they can always put those blood samples into the anal parts of the accused and asked the Doctors to once again carry out a Medical Examinations????
c) the IRONY is that they must have FAILED to find anything in the Anal parts of the Accuser and still wanting to convict the Accuser, they are looking for Blood specimens.
So, Datuk Seri Anwar DO NOT give your Blood specimen or Hair, or Skin Flakes or even your Saliva.

The police should not be sooo arrogant! They should be more friendly to public. When d CID chief gave his press conference, he appeared arrogance & try to show his power instead of behaving more friendly. I just wonder why such an hurry to arrest DSAI coz d deadline is at 2pm. The reasons given by Datuk Bakri r unacceptable since DSAI is not going under hiding & he is on his way back home. Furthermore he gave his full cooperation to ACA prior to that. Even if he is late what’s wrong with that! just give him some time to rest coz he just gave his statement to ACA. Most important to get his statement & he already promised to presence himself to the police.If i could recall, Bakri said he had 4 options to act if DSAI did’t turn-up, obviosly he choosed the wrong one. My late father said better to have 1 option rather than arrogantly tell the public that he had many options coz we will get confuse to choose correct-correct-correct onet than choosing the wrong oned. Moral of the story the police must b professional and more friendly. Not to show your arrogant power!!

I agree 100% with Thales. The doctors may not have got what they wanted from the medical examination on the accuser and thus need fresh DNA specimen to incriminate DSAI and put him behind bars for a long time so that BN can go on plundering the nation and the rakyat. The PDRM are just following orders and so are the doctors who examined the accused. The accused is just as much a victim of a plot hatched by the BN big guns. I think AAB is also a victim, if not why should he say stupid things like there is a need for fresh DNA sample from DSAI as the earlier one is old. That means the authorities do have DSAI’s DNA still with them. DSAI do not give your fresh DNA to anyone. The plotters are OUT TO GET YOU AND PUT YOU BEHIND BARS AND KILL YOUR POLITICAL CAREER ONCE AND FOR ALL. YOU are amongst killers. DSWA is 100% correct. IT IS POLITICAL MURDER!!!!!

Why should a political nobody like PI Balasubramaniam, who has no personal connections with either DSAI or the DPM come out with the first SD? What gains are there for PI Bala? He has everything to lose by making the first SD public isn’t it. Now see what has happened to his future and the future of his family. Would any man in his right mind ever do what PI Bala did knowing full well he has to run for his life and also jeopardise that of his family’s. Even he named one of his dogs, Shariibu, probably in memory of the murdered Altantuya. What is DSAI going to gain by getting involved with Altantuya’s murder? Is it going to elevate him into power overnight? Think!!!!

Forcing Anwar taking a DNA test…I will not be surprised and I will also not be surprise if Anwar was made found guilty and put behind bar for a couple of years more. As we all the Muslims all over the world know that these are the days of FITNAH…read Qu’ran and Sunnah.

I was further amused when I hear Rais Yatim challenging to have a debate about Malaysia’s legal system…my friend you really have to be chicky to suggest such move. My cousin was married to a drug addict by the name Khalil who happen to be the son of Tan Sri Abu Hossain Soliaman, ex-Bank Nagara Governnor. It took a year to settle their divorse case as powerful hand played behind the scene. My cousin knows it all how the Civil and Sha’ria courts are toys in the hands of the powerful ones. Just open the case my friend…the evil will be exposed. No need to go for big ones. We are foreigners living thenin Malaysia, I wonder how the common people in Malaysia suffered when they had to deal with Justice and Laws affairs in your country.
As everone watched how Anwar came up with those couragious words, carefully explaining how the rotten system worked, I wonder how my friend Badawi, Syed Hamid Albar and of-course my friend Rais Yatim felt trumbling how the ground shookunder their feet. Bell has rang and it is time for a round of boxing game…by hook or crook…the government must win! so hitting below the belt is no problem, entire country may watch as referee, who care? As long as victim is knocked-out…win is guranteed.
Ball is in Anwar’s court and it is him and the opposition party stands to gain from his arrest. It is unlikely that Anwar will be relesed anytime soon as there are fears that he will once again mobilise huge support and call for massive demonstrations all over the country. Anwar’s arrest could not have come at a worst time for the Badawi’s government. It is only time that we shall be waiting for and see the end result…ya Sabar!
For in or out of jail, Anwar has resumed his status as martyr and a great public hero. While this may work in the favour of Anwar, but this time it is not just Anwar and his reputation that is on trial, but also that of Malaysia and Malaysia’s legal and judicial systems as well…Allah Hafez!

Even a foreigner from Jerusalem has so much to say because his cousin had a tough time in the civil and syariah courts seeking for a divorce from the son of a minister who happened to be a drug addict. There are also cases of body snatching and conversions which are forced upon the victims. We non muslims wish that this form of intimidations also discontinue within the corrupt legal system in Malaysia today. Our religious status are hidden in the mycard and we have to use ASTRO channel 888 to find out if our religious status is tampered with. There has been a no. of cases where the person had to go to the mycard registration office to get the mistakes rectified. What nonsense is this?

Even a small child would be relunctant to strip in front of total strangers. What nonsense is this when a grown up like DSAI is asked to strip in front of total strangers even though they happen to be doctors and DSAI treated like a common criminal though he is just a suspect. If the authorities had not found DSAI’s DNA in Saiful’s body such a treatment of DSAI is uncalled for and the doctors have violated his privacy and should be charged accordingly.

Well, under current Malaysia law, a person is judged “Guilty until proven innocent” & it is not the other way round. why is there a need to arrest DSAI before the deadline? What makes the police think that DSAI will not reach the IPD KL in time? Well, this is because our police is above the law. This is just one of the case that we know off. How about those cases that we are not aware off. The cases are countless. This is not including the corruption practice. Why is there a need to detain DSAI over nite & let this poor oldman sleep on the cold cement who had a history of bad back pain? well, as i said, the police is above the law. Now the question is, is it a directive from the high profile people in the cabinet to detain DSAI before the deadline?

The doctors who examined DSAI should know the law. Isn’t it improper unless the patient is in need of medical attention that he be asked to strip? As far as I can remember DSAI was asked to sign before stripping. Why was DSAI asked to strip when they knew he was only a suspect and not a patient requiring medical attention? Is that why the doctors asked him to sign before they made him strip for fear of retribution? That means that doctors know that something is not right otherwise why the need to sign any papers by DSAI for just a medical examination?
