   Assalamualaikum semua,

   Beberapa cadangan supaya kita dapat bersama2 memperkuatkn gelombang kita.

   1. Hosting blog ini harus ditukar. Beberapa kali dan buat sekian kalinya processor server overloaded ( mungkin overheated sekali ). Sama ada perlu dipindahkn ke data center yg lebih mantap, atau teruskan dgn pilihan pakej yg lebih besar ( upgrade option ).

   2. Kita perlu sesuatu yang lebih tegar utk menghadapi pilihanraya tahun hadapan. Pada hemat saya, kerajaan akan melambat2kan pilihanraya apabila mereka kekurangan modal. Sudah tentu hati mereka2 ini goyah dan rapuh apabila pendedahan2 sebegini dibuat. Untuk itu adalah bijaksana kalau kita dapat memanfaatkan masa ini dengan meneruskan siasatan dan mendedahkan kejahatan laknat2 ini. Kes2 2-3 tahun dahulu mungkin sesuai sebagai auxiliary support sahaja. Tetapi kita perlukan ‘peluru2 ajaib’ ini untuk merodok khemah mereka ini, sehinggalah reinforcement kita sampai iaitu hingga selamat rakyat jelata mengundi utk keadilan. Point: Let’s make sure our timing is right. We need the right amount of force at the right time.

   3. Perjuangan kita tak perlulah berpaksikan kepada bangsa. Sebagai seorang bekas pelajar yang mengenal hidup di sebuah kota kosmopolitan, dan sebagai seorg anak carca marba (mix), bagi saya bangsa itu adalah sentiasa luntur & cair ( diluted ) dgn masa. Apakah kita dapat menjamin 50 tahun anak cucu cicit kita 100% Melayu lagi ? Demikian juga dapat dipanjangkan kepada saudara2 Bumiputra kita di Sabah dan Brunei. Apakah mereka ini Pelipin ataupun ? Anak2 Senoi, Negrito, apakah kita sebagai Penjajah kepada mereka ini akan mengaut kekayaan lebih dari mereka ini? Ini juga adalah salah satu faktor yg menjadi punca kepada krisis Hindraf. Sempadan bangsa juga semakin kabur kalau kita pandang ke negara Indonesia. I don’t see how ‘race’ can be the thing to fight for.

   4. Sampai bilakah Raja dijunjung.

   Andai Sultan pembunuh keluarga,
   takkan kutunduk selamanya.
   Kalau Agong mengkhianat negara,
   Berlimaulah keris merah segala.

   Cuma bersedialah, dan fikirkan dengan tenang walau apapun terjadi. Ingat, tidak ada manusia yang dapat mengungguli sang fikir. Jangan sampai Hang Jebat tewas sekali lagi tanpa pembela.

   Pernah disaman oleh kontraktor pasai fulus semasa tidak memegang jawatan Menteri W. Persekutuan..!!!

   Sebagai orang tengah membayar wang RM50000.00 kepada Wan Indera Putera terjun dari keADILan kedalam UMNO…!!!!

   Maaf Dato Seri, isu video clip ni dah ditenggelami oleh isu HINDRAF! UMNO khususnya mensensasikan isu HINDRAF khusus untuk menakut nakutkan orang2 Melayu! Di kaitkan HINDRAF dengan pengganas ialah satu ciptaan yang disengajakan. Demonstrasi Bersih tempoh hari pun dah ditenggelami oleh isu HINDRAF. Mesej yang ingin ditonjolkan ialah kononnya sebarang bentuk demonstrasi akan mengkucarkacirkan keharmonian negara! Momentumnya dah hilang! Inilah peranan efektif media massa yang dikontrol oleh UMNO/BN.Isu perkauman juga yang dimainkan, dulu, kini selamanya demi untuk mendapat sokongan orang orang Melayu dan juga untuk menghalalkan tektik tektik kotor semasa pilihanraya kelak! Maka berkokok lah puak puak ni kelak, rakyat masih maukan kestabilan yg dijamin oleh BN! Skripnya…..very predictable!!

    Apa yang i rasa funny ialah apakah kerajaan kita buat?? Kes ini yang menggegarkan jika kat negara maju, tapi kena dikemukakan oleh orang yang bukan kerajaan?? Then maksudnya ada dua, iaitu UMNO jahat, ataupun UMNO tidur, lain kali rakyat kena sendiri tubuhkan pertubuhan polis sendiri tangkap penjenayah, ahli bomba sukarela, dan sebagainya.. lebih baik kita ada umno yang jadi kerajaan, byk kakitangan kerajaan, mereka semua tidur saja???

    Bila saya dengar baik baik video klip. Hermmm susah nak percaya Badan Kehakiman Malaysia. Kalau cara begini mereka lagukan, apa macam rakyat boleh percaya Badan Kehakiman Malaysia?

    Mana mana Hakim yang terlibat, yang sudah bersara mansuhkan pencen mereka. Yang belum lagi bersara, ambil tindakan tatatertib.

    Persatuan Guaman patut ambil tindakan pada VK Lingam. Buat jatuh prestij peguam Malaysia sahaja.

    saya masih curiga dgn tahap keperihatinan dan kepekaan org2 melayu dlm politik lbh2 lg pd isu semasa yg sepatutnya sudah bisa merubah kesopanan hati dgn kata2 biarlah…biarlah…, asalkan blh keje & cari mkn cukuplah!!!! mungkin yg tlh merantau, kejijikan ini tlh terhidu dan makin basi, lalu tunggu masa utk dimuntahkan….. tp, apa khabar pakcik & makcik di ceruk desa?? dtg si balaci dgn kantung merah ungu, ‘blh lah’ kata pakcik & makcik. dipangkahnya juga si naga puaka yg dah tau dan terbuka pekung kehalobaannya….

    ana ada pesan dariseorang kawan berbangsa INDIA kepadadoto sri,

    katanya sekarang kenaikan menggila harga barang tidak menyenangkan rakyat tetapi agak kurang isu ini disebarkan. olih itu dia berharap dato sri dapat lakukan sesuatu agar isu kenaikan harga barang mendapat publisiti yang meluas. katanya, rakyat sudah tidak mampu bertahan dengan segala kenaikan ini tetapi agak kurang tumpuan diberikan kepada penyebabnya.olih itu dia berharap dato sri bolih menyebarkan sebab sebab kenaikan yang mendadak ini dimanaa penyebabbya yang kurang diketahui olih rakyat ialah kerakusan pemimpin BN dalam mencuri harta negara,kurang prihatin kerajaan terhadap permasaalahan rakyat dan betapa tidak berkualitinya wakil wakil rakyat dalam merancang program pembangunan untuk rakyat.dia merasakan isu ini kurang diberi perhatian olih BA,olih itu dia meminta ana menyampaikan kepada dato sri agar memberikan tumpuan yang lebih kepada isu ini sebab dia percaya rakyat perlu didedahkan dengan semuanya ini.
    untuk pengetuhuan dato sri kawan ana ini ialah peminat dato sri sehingg dia menyimpan harapan untuk berjumpa dato sri dan ingin memeluk dato sri sambil berkata “GOD BLESS YOU”.malah semasa dato sri masih dalam penjarapun dia tak habis habis berkata bahawa orang yang layak jadi PM ialah “MAN BEHIND THE BAR” dan ana masih ingat ketika berita pembesasan dato sri ana sampaikan kepadanya dia merupakan salah seorang yang paling gembira sehingga berkata bahawa dato sri ialah “OUR NEXT PM FREE AT LAST”.

    olih itu besarlaha harapan ana agar dato sri mempertimbangkan permintaannya dan untuk peringatan dato sri sekali lagi dia ialah seorang “INDIA”.satu lagi komen dari kawan ana ini, katanya hindraf telah silap kerana seumpama ” MAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEA” dan “NOBODY” tak mampu berbuat apa apa, katanya sepatutnya hindraf join PKR dan perjuangkan nasib kaum india menerusi PKR.olih itu elok rasanya ana cadangkan dato sri dan kepimpinan PKR memikirkan langkah langkah untuk menarik ahli hindraf ini kedalam PKR.
    dan dari ana, ana merasakan kita masih belum cukup usaha untuk mengubah keadaan. pilihanraya tidak lagi menjamin apa apa mereka masih berusaha dan nampak seakan berjaya menipu lagi dan kita masih tidak mampu berbuat apa apa . suwardi dan mohd azman masih dilokap polis dan nampaknya kita tak dapat buat apa apa. jadi besarlah harapan ana kalau kita dapat mencari satu mekanisma yang berkesan untuk mengubah keadaan.

    Syabas DSAI.

    Dengan pendedahan yang DS lakukan terasa gegarannya menjangkau 9.9 skala rikta. Tentulah ia akan mengundang tsunami, tengoklah dalam tempoh tiga bulan lagi. Sementara itu, ingin sekali saya menarik perhatian DS. Ingat tak, kalau tak silap saya satu ketika dulu DS dan orang-orang kuat DS ada menyebut yang pihak DS ada menyimpan beratus-ratus kotak perihal salahlaku mereka yang berpuaka (penuh kuasa) dan kebal pulak tu. Soalnya sekarang, bila lagi nak didedahkan. Tak kan nak biarkan kotak-kotak itu kelak punah dilanda tsunami.

    Bagi saya, pendedahan klip VL itu patut sangat dianggap sebagai pembuka flood gate yang hanya DS saja yang mampu melakukannya. DS tentu tahu siapa yang duduk dalam rumah kaca kan? Dan pernah baling batu kepada DS. Tak salah kan jika DS baling mereka pulak?

    Whatever happened to the Bersih, Cekap, Amanah slogan evinced by former prime minster TDM? Obviously, this principle and the Kepimpinan Melalui Teladan one meant nothing to these judges whom we address as Yang Ariff and Yang Amat Ariff (kah…kah…kah). I think we Malaysians should henceforth address them as Yang Bahlol, Yang Amat Bahlol, Yang Bodoh, Yang Amat Bodoh, Yang Bodoh Lagi Tuli. Any other ideas? I would be very ashamed if I’m working with the Judiciary.

    Assalamualaikum DSAI…
    Saya tak nampak isu kehakiman menyentuh jiwa rakyat marhain. Ini disebabkan rata-rata rakyat tidak ambil tahu langsung mengenai badan kehakiman, malahan tiada langsung bersangkutpaut dgn kehidupan seharian mereka. Mereka mahukan pendedahan yang melibatkan penyalahgunaan wang rakyat, pembaziran dan kenaikan harga barang kesan dari kenaikan harga minyak dsb. Sekiranya isu lingam dipanjangkan saya khuatir, masa yang terhad dibazirkan tanpa sebarang impak.

    saya amat bersetuju dengan pandangan saudara gengis khan sepatutnya PAC kena siasat ini boleh diletakan sebagai kakitangan awam telah cuai semasa menjalankan tugas dan tidak amanah ketua pengarah imegerisen malaysia perlu dihadapkan ke makamah antarabangsa dan dilaporkan kepada presiden UMNO. harap datuk sahrrill samat buka mata dah lama sangat duduk kat kerusi pengerusi PAC mengantuk kut.

    yes.. angkasawan nasa. saudara Ching Peng tak boleh masuk malaysia kerana nama dia disenaraihitam didalam list imegerisen malaysia kerana bekas pengerusi PKM ini bermakna imegerisen malaysia begitu peka sekali dalam soal keselamatan negara tapi dalam soal alatunya hilang bin gahib nama dia dalam imegerisen malaysia, saya dah cuba cari Blog Chin Peng dan Samsiah Fakih Blog tapi gagal jika ada sebarang komen dari mereka.

    If I did not know that he is a lawyer, I would have thought that he is someone who sells putu mayam. Why? Simply because my putu mayam seller’s English accent is far better than his. Now I know why he never loses a case - the jugde couln’t grasp what he is saying. And seeing how judges are appointed from this video, I know that’s the reason. Mark my words, correct, correct,correct ?!

    I also didn’t know that our ex-PM, the beloved Tun can be so stupid up to the extent that he can be controlled by these hoodlums. Maybe this is God’s way of paying back to him for what he had done to DSAI - shown worldwide of his gullibity in being fooled by the pople he protected, cared and trusted most. Pathetic, isn’t it?

    itulah dari Aceh datang ke Melaka.dari Melaka ke Kg Baru. Sekolah di Setapak High School Air Panas. Ambik MCE….org semua dapat grade 1,2 dan 3 tapi dia ni dapat grade 4 kerana 4 tu banyak.Kemudian repeat di Vanto Academy. Tak tahan belajar terus bekerja di Hilton Hotel sebagai bell boy. Nasib tuah dapat jumpa GF keturunan raja dan jadi suami pula.Terus jadi kaya bila dapat balak dan gelaran tengku.Dia kata dia itu teuku… nak jadi P.Ramlee lak ni. ACEH tu kan singkatan dari Arab,China,Eropah dan Hindia.Oleh itu org Aceh ni masyarakat kawin campur.

    Keluar dalam TV 3 kata belajar di universiti di USA. bagi tau apa nombor admission universiti? nak check tengok. sama ada betul ke tidak.Kita kena check macam hasan ibrahim ke atas kakitangan awam kata dia dapat PHD Harvard.Check tengok, apa pun tak ada.Itulah keja bohong….bohong diri sendiri, dan bohong orang lain.keluar artikel dalam STAR tapi bukan diri sendiri tulis. Orang lain tulis !.memang dia ini nak impress TDM memang putarbelik.

    1. Ramai terima SMS adanya huruhara dari kaum India pada hari ini dan esok…..
    (Pesanan saya perkara itu tak benar…)

    2. Sahabat saya maklumkan bahawa seorang penyiasat (I.O) dari Balai di WP mengeluh beban kerja terlalu banyak. Kekadang tak jumpa isteri 2-3 hari. Suasana kerja pun tak seperti dahulu….kawan pun dah tak ramai….!

    3. Teringat tahun 1999….kenalan pemandu rasmi seorang Menteri memaklumkan ramai menteri ada penyakit TB….! Saya tanya TB itu apa…???

    Hostingblog perlu ada sistem sokongan,server kena services selengara dan upgrade keupayaan kita mesti sifar masalah terutama bila waktu pilihanraya. sebab itu saya cadangkan supaya blog ini ada pendapatan dari add buat marketing unit g cari iklan dan masukkan dalam blog ini supaya ada sumber pendapatan untuk Operasi dan sebagainya.rasanya tiada pantang kalau kita letakan iklan cuba lihat malaysiakini mereka ada iklan sekurang kurang nya lepas wang g minum teh tarik kurang manis,kita bukan laman UMNO mereka ada wang dari Keroni Tan Sri Vinsent Tan dan T Ananda Krishnan dan ramai lagi taukeh judi yang funding mereka. atau angkat fon aja kat Wak Ahmad Sarji (jowo) (Pengerusi Permodalan Nasional Berhad), Haji Yusof Noor (Pengerusi Felda),atau Wok Lodin kita kat (LTAT)malaysia ini kaya fund LUTH,KWSP,Perkeso,Baitumal,Yayasan Negeri,Wang Amanah Pencen,Amanah Raya, saya rasa jika di campur semua bilangannya melebihi ahli PAC tak caya tanya Datuk Sharil Samat kita susah PAC nak jaga semua ini dengan keupayaan yang terhad serta kuasa PAC yang terhad juga maka PAC (ada mata lihat ada telinga dengar) bila meeting cuba habiskan kopi kurang manis seberapa banyak yang boleh. kadang kala bila lihat sistem pengurusan negara kita nanpak terlalu pincang oleh itu perlu overhual tak boleh tacap aja kena runtuh buat baru bangunan kalau dah 50 tahun elok runtuh bena dengan kerangka yang lebih kukuh ini hukum alam kereta pun jika 50 tahun kira scrap aja.

    Saya agak terperanjat bila PM pematang Pauh pertikaikan PUSPATI UKM dibangi adakah ianya selamat pada saya pastinya sudah tak selamat kerana dibena sekitar penhujung 70han jika tidak silap saya ianya perlu dipindahkan ke tempat yang lebih sesuai satu daripadanya dekat dengan rumah PM diputrajaya dan pusat pentabiran negara serta penbangunan yang pesat disekitar PUPASTI yang terbaik ianya perlu dipindahkan ke serawak atau sabah dikelantan tak mungkin takut dirampas oleh PAS ha.. ha….

    “Saya terkejut dengan kenyataan Perdana Menteri yang katanya beliau tidak rasa bersalah semasa menandatangani perintah penahanan di bawah ISA.Ini menunjukkan dalam empat tahun beliau memerintah, kezaliman adalah belang sebenar Perdana Menteri,” kata mAhfuz yang dihubungi Harakahdaily hari ini.

    Mahfuz yang juga bekas tahanan ISA satu masa lalu menyifatkan penggunaan ISA secara keterlaluan ini adalah berpunca daripada kelemahan kerajaan dalam menyelesaikan dan menjawab isu-isu yang dibangkitkan rakyat mutakhir ini.

    Tiada hujah

    Kerajaan katanya tiada hujah yang tepat untuk menangkis serangan rakyat tatkala kelemahan ekonomi, sosial dan pentadbiran semakin ketara.

    Kata Mahfuz lagi, ISA adalah satu akta yang sekaligus menafikan hak rakyat untuk mendapatkan pengadilan secara terbuka.

    Justeru ia digunakan bagi menutup kelemahan kerajaan dengan hanya menggunakan alasan bahawa seseorang yang ditahan itu mengancam keselamatan negara.

    “Kenyataan ini sama sekali tidak tepat dan hanya sandiwara semata-mata sedang kerajaan hari ini tidak mampu menolak dakwaan bahawa pentadbiran mereka terlalu lemah,” katanya.

    Perdana Menteri macam hakim

    Perdana Menteri sendiri kini bertindak seolah-olah sebagai hakim dengan menghukum rakyat di bawah ISA, dan sekaligus menutup fungsi kehakiman di negara ini, katanya.

    “Inilah yang dikatakan bahawa Perdana Menteri menggunakan ISA untuk memperlihatkan beliau berkuasa tanpa menghiraukan soal undang-undang dan keadilan.Ini menunjukkan Perdana Menteri pengecut dan bacul,” tegas Mahfuz.

    ISA juga adalah akta yang menutup suara rakyat sekaligus mampu menakut rakyat terutama dalam menyatakan hak mereka, katanya.

    Kenyataan Timbalan Menteri Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (KKDN), Dato’ Johari Baharom bahawa akan ramai lagi bakal dikenakan ISA sekali lagi mengesahkan bahawa kerajaan hilang modal untuk berhadapan dengan rakyat, kata Mahfuz.

    Sambil mengutuk kenyataan itu Mahfuz berharap agar rakyat segera bangkit untuk menolak semua itu dalam pilihan raya akan datang.

    Melayu terpinggir?

    Beliau juga mendakwa bahawa kerajaan pimpinan Perdana Menteri hari ini ltidak mempunyai belas kasihan dalam melayani tuntutan rakyat secara bijaksana.

    Rakyat hanya menuntut hak mereka terutama sekali selepas melihat ekonomi negara semakin meminggirkan golongan rendah yang menyebabkan jurang kaya miskin semakin ketara.

    Jika dilihat kepada jurang kaya miskin di negara ini, sebenarnya masyarakat India lebih bernasib baik kerana dalam statistik yang didedah di Parlimen baru-baru ini, kaum Melayu lebih terkebelakang dari kaum India.

    “Ini kenyataan rasmi dari kementerian berkenaan dan bukannya dari pembangkang,” katanya.

    Bagi Mahfuz pendedahan ini menjadikan bahawa kenyataan pemimpin Umno bahawa mereka pembela rakyat adalah pembohongan sama sekali.

    “Adakah jika suatu hari nanti masyarakat Melayu menuntut hak mereka ini juga akan dikira pelampau?.Ini menunjukkan kegagalan kerajaan Barisan Nasional (BN) terutamanya Umno dalam membela rakyat khususnya Melayu,” katanya.

    Beliau turut mengecam kenyataan Majlis Tertinggi Umno yang dipengerusikan oleh Perdana Menteri sendiri yang menyokong penggunaan ISA.

    Lawak Perdana Menteri

    “Ini satu lawak yang hanya untuk membodohkan rakyat seolah-olah ramai yang menyokong kerajaan.Yang tandatangan ISA Perdana Menteri selaku Menteri KKDN.Yang jadi pengerusi Majlis Tertinggi Umnopun Perdana Menteri.

    “Ini tak ada kerja lain untuk mengaburi mata rakyat semata-mata untuk meyakinkan rakyat bahawa ISA adalah pilihan yang tepat.Ini satu lawak dan penipuan semata,” tegasnya.

    Justeru beliau menggesa kerajaan tidak menggunakan ISA dalam melayani tuntutan rakyat sebaliknya menggunakan pendekatan yang lebih adil dan saksama.

    Laporan akhbar semalam menyebut, kerajaan akan menahan beberapa lagi pemimpin dan penyokong kumpulan pelampau yang mendalangi perhimpunan haram di Kuala Lumpur mengikut ISA dalam tempoh terdekat.

    Mohd Johari Baharum berkata kesemua mereka yang akan ditahan itu terbabit dalam mendalangi satu perhimpunan haram yang membangkitkan isu perkauman.

    Nama individu terbabit sudah disenaraikan dan polis hanya menunggu proses penahanan selepas memperoleh bukti lengkap mengenai pembabitan mereka dalam perhimpunan haram baru-baru ini, katanya semalam.

    Bernama memetik Johari sebagai berkata, penggunaan ISA bukan boleh dilaksanakan sewenang-wenangnya selagi tiada bukti pembabitan dalam aktiviti yang boleh mengancam dan menggugat keselamatan negara.

    Katanya, penahanan lima pemimpin kumpulan pelampau itu sebelum ini adalah kerana terdapatnya bukti pembabitan mereka dalam menghasut dan menggugat keselamatan negara.

    Mereka adalah pemimpin Hindraf, iaitu P Uthayakumar, M Manoharan, R Kenghadharan, V Ganabatirau dan T Vasanthakumar.

    Menurut Johari, mereka ditahan setelah Perdana Menteri berpuas hati dengan laporan mengenai kegiatan mereka.

    I charge Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali of the Malaysian Court of Appeal for acting in conspiracy with my wife’s solicitors, M/s Lim & Hoh of Ming Building, Bukit Nanas, Kuala Lumpur to cause my wife’s said above petition to be CONDEMNED & CONSIGNED to the legal limbo of the Court of Appeal.

    My charge against Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali for acting in conspiracy with my wife’s solicitor M/s Lim & Hoh to pervert the course of justice, and for the purpose of protecting three criminals respondents of the said petition namely, Wong Kem Chen, Stephen Lim Cheng Ban & Kwong Sea Yoon from Prosecution for PERJURY & FORGERY, perverting the course of justice, fraud, obtaining money by false pretenses, fabricating evidence and other criminal offences.

    Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali perpetrated these criminal offences by knowingly refusing leave for the petitioner to cross examine said 3 criminal respondents for perjury, AND THEN TO AWARD TO RESPONDENTS TWO ORDERS (1) ORDER FOR SECURITY FOR COSTS AS THE FIRST ORDER and then (2)ORDER FOR STRIKING OUT SAID PETITION AFTER THE RESPONDENTS HAD EXECUTED & ENFORCED THEIR ORDER FOR SECURITY FOR COSTS, by the respondents accepting the payment of RM.60,000

    Please take note that Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali HAD AWARDED THE ORDER FOR SECURITY FOR COSTS AHEAD OF THE ORDER FOR STRIKING OUT. This fact confirmed the execution & enforcement of the order for security for costs BY THE RESPONDENTS & by JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI. Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali knowing that after petitioner had paid the sum of RM.60,000 being the security for costs she ordered, an open court hearing of the petition will follow as a matter of course and this hearing will cause the said 3 criminals to be cross examined FOR perjury & forgery, and hence face criminal prosecution. It was upon payment by petitioner of the security for costs that caused the respondents to apply for striking out of said petition; and Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali, being fully aware of these circumstances proceeded to prevent this from developing by awarding to respondents THE FURTHER ORDER TO STRIKE OUT PETITION. Judge zainon binti Mohd. Ali knows that although she had no power to award her 2nd order for striking out, the respondents having executed & enforced their order for security for costs, awarded the order for striking out anyway, KNOWING THAT HER ORDER FOR STRIKING OUT WILL CONSIGN & CONDEMN THE FATE OF SAID PETITION TO THE LIMBO OF TIMELESSNESS.

    My charge against my wife’s solicitors M/s Lim & Hoh is that they did not oppose respondents’ application for striking out of petition. My wife’s solicitors wrote to us complaining that every time I wrote officially to complain of the misconduct of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali , SHE WOULD haul up Mr David Hoh, my wife’s counsel to her office to face her. It is for this reason that I conclude that Mr. David Hoh had been instructed not to oppose respondents’ application for striking out said petition. I do not believe that all the parties namely, Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali, together with the criminal behaviour of Stephen Lim & Wong kem Chen & Kwong Sea Yoon, the lawyers of M/s Annad & Noraini (solicitors) respondent applicants’ solicitors who represented respondents in their application for the order for striking out, and who committed subornation of perjury in their preparation of the affidavit of Stephen Lim Cheng Ban that supported their application for striking out of petition because the signatures on the documents that were annexed to the affidavit of respondent Stephen Lim Cheng ban even merely at a glance when compared to my wife’s true signature affixed to her many affidavits will show obvious & glaring differences and therefore cannot be taken to have been the true signature of my wife’s..

    The ACTION OF JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI to award her order for striking out to the respondents was not due to her obvious professional INCOMPETENCE. She had to have encouraged M/s Annad & Noraini (solicitors for the respondents), to proceed to apply for striking out with her obvious support, and to instruct Mr David Hoh not to oppose respondents’ application for striking out said petition. For the respondents to succeed in their application to strike out, it COULD ONLY be achieved by the conspiracy of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali leading the other co conspirators of M/s Annad & Noraini committing SUBORNATION OF PERJURY & abetting forgery & fabrication of evidence, and for Mr David Hoh, under the influence of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali TO NOT OPPOSE RESPONDENTS’ APPLICATION FOR STRIKING OUT. It is too much to ask me to believe that all of these PROFESSIONAL LAWYERS CAN OVER LOOK THE OBVIOUS FACT THAT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES ALL & I MEAN ALL THESE LAWYERS CAN TOGETHER NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING ?

    The two opposing orders for an order for security for costs followed by an order for striking out cannot be made by any SANE JUDGE hearing the petition because a COURT OF JUSTICE OF LAW & EQUITY JUST CANNOT MAKE SUCH NONSENSE ORDERS; one order says “YES”, and at the same time the other ORDER says “NO”.

    There is the not so often used criminal offence & of tort OF MALFEASANCE, I have already written on this offence in my blog. However, an officer of the court commits malfeasance when he/she omits to do WHAT IS REQUIRED OF HIM/HER TO DO BY LAW AND SUCH omission CAUSE DAMAGE OR LOSS TO THE INDIVIDUAL. Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali committed malfeasance BECAUSE SHE IS BOUND BY LAW,(having first enforced her order for security for costs at the behest of the 3 criminals Stephen Lim Cheng Ban, Kwong Sea Yoon & Wong Kem Chen.) AND UPON PETITIONER HAVING PAID SAID RM.60,000 WAS REQUIRED BY THE RULES OF THE HIGH COURT TO ORDER A HEARING OF THE PETITION AND SHE OMMITTED TO ALLOW THE HEARING OF THE PETITION. The penalty for malfeasance is dismissal from her judgeship and of course open to be sued in tort.

    My research tells me that proof of intention to commit malfeasance is not required. The fact that defendant omitted to do what is required by law for her to do constitutes the offence. Having discussed the point, I will charge Mr David Hoh with Malfeasance because he too omitted to apply to strike out respondents’ application for striking out said petition; not to mention that I will sue him for damages for negligence & malfeasance.

    Badawi is interfering in the AG`s attemped murder charges against the 31 hindraf members.

    This is conclusive evidence that the PM interferes in the prosecution/judiciary of the country and all the more reason that these powers be separated.

    There is now a big question mark over the claerances by the AG of the IGP and ACA Heads.

    The PM is interfering and should be sacked by the Agung. There ia precedence in the Anwar case, where DSAI was jailed for `corruption` on account of interference.

    PM has to be sacked and jailed.

    Negara kita mempunyai khazanah semulajadi yang terbilang dan gemilang sebenarnya, tetapi kini nyata dengan pendedahan dan kewujudan penyelewengan dalam constitition negara kita; saya dengan yakin Malaysia akan berubah wajah hanya dengan kerajaan yang baru.

    The lNCOMPETENCE OF JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI IS SO OBVIOUSLY, UTTERLY, AND SELF EVIDENTLY GLARING THAT I HOPE THESE COMMISSIONERS THAT MAKE UP THIS BOARD OF ENQUIRY WILL HAVE THE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY TO FEEL ASHAMED OF THE LEVEL OF LEGAL LEARNING OF ONE OF THEIR COLLEAGUES, NAMELY JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI. The glaring incompetence of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali is nothing short of LEGAL ILLITERACY. I have written 66 posts of the nonsense that rose out of the judgment of judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali. How can Malaysians not feel ashamed of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali as one of the most senior JUDGES OF THE MALAYSIAN HIGHEST COURT OF LAW. I GRADUATED IN LAW FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE AND NOT FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MALAYSIA; we from the University of Singapore pride ourselves in our legal learning. We know our stuff.

    Malaysians ought to feel ashamed of their JUDICIARY BECAUSE THE JUDICIARY IS DYSFUNCTIONAL; IT IS LAWLESS BECAUSE JUDGES OF MALAYSIA’S HIGHEST COURT OF LAW, as for example Judge Zainon binit Mohd. Ali, DOES NOT KNOW ENOUGH MALAYSIAN LAW TO KNOW THAT HER ACTIONS ON THE BENCH, WHILE ADJUCATING MY WIFE’S CASE WAS ACTING CRIMINALLY ! Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali made two CONFLICTING orders over the same matter namely, two conflicting interlocutory orders for (1) security for costs, then followed by (2) Order to strike out after receipt by respondent applicants of RM 60,000 paid by my wife pursuant to Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali’s order for security for costs.

    Your Honor, please strain your brains a little bit and TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC OF IMPOSSIBILITY OF SUCH FOOLISHNESS THAT WAS PERPETRATED BY ONE OF YOUR SENIOR JUDGES.

    Security for costs, by its very name is self explaining; it is security for any costs that will arise in the trial; therefore if there is NO FUCKING TRIAL, THERE IS NO COSTS. INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION MEANS IT IS A PROCESS THAT FUCKING PRECEEDS THE TRIAL, and therefore the trial HAS NOT FUCKING STARTED YET WHEN THE ORDER FOR SECURITY FOR COSTS WAS ORDERED. No trial NO FUCKING COSTS !

    In the event as in our case, a fucking order for striking out is made after the security for costs is FUCKING PAID, then there is no fucking trial to take place, that said how does Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali justify RETAINING MY WIFE’S SECURITY FOR COSTS ?

I am not Malaysian and thank god that I ceased to be one from 1978 and now I am a proud Australian and I say to our Chnese brothers to migrate to Australia, we need 40,000 migrants from Asia for Western Australia alone.     I will state at the outset that this Part 4 of my 5 Part discussion is in many ways the most important part of my argument. I like to observe that I do not re-read what I have written because as a fact I get a bit bothered by details and consequently I left my last sentence of Part 3 left unfinished, but that is OK, I will continue from there on.

    I meant to say that as the MIC, MCA & UMNO are race based Parties, and relics of a colonial past, and that they have become real barrier blocks to the assimilation and UNION of all Malaysians into one common citizenship, THEY (MCA, MIC & UMNO) ALL NEED TO BE “BROKEN UP INTO SMALL PIECES ANS THROWN AWAY IN THE DUSTBIN OF HISTORY” AND REPLACED BY POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS AND PARTIES THAT CUT ACROSS RACE DIVIDES AND BECOME IDEALOGICALLY BASED POLITICAL PARTIES. There is no place for racism in Malaysia and yet we see those political hacks in the UMNO each trying to be more strident in their clarion call to rally the Malays to inflict more and more intolerable means to cause more and ever more UNHAPPINESS ON THE MONORITY RACES OF MALAYSIA. This is the direct consequences of RACE BASED POLITICS. My thesis is that only when UMNO is “neutralized” (or castrated ) will Malaysia become ONE NATION AND ONE PEOPLE. Therefore, from my perspective, Dato Seri Anwar’s Keadilan joined to the DAP plus the PAS is the correct solution for a modern Malaysia.

    Fortunately for Malaysia, this is the year that will see the defeat of the BARISAN NATIONAL ALLIANCE; I can see from all the way in Australia that this coming election will be the last election to see the BN form government. I read in this morning’s STAR newspaper that PM Badawi had spent an inordinately long session at his press conference at the “Chinese Room” don’t know what that is; anyway this observation is indication that he is very apprehensive at the prospect of Gerakan loosing government, all the better for Keadilan, DAP and PAS in the coming election. I said that this part 5 is the most important part of my discussion and so it is because I am putting forward a proposal that is radically different from the politics of the past 50 years. MY STRATEGY IS FOR PAS, KEADILAN, AND DAP to publicly announce that they have jointly achieved consensus TO INSTAL DATO SERI ANWAR IBEAHIM AS THE SUPREMO OF THE ALLIANCE OF DAP, PAS AND KEADILAN AND THAT DATO ANWAR WILL BE THE PRIME MINISTER IF THEIR ALLIANCE GETS TO FORM GOVERNMENT AND THAT THE LEADER OF PAS WILL BE THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER, AND THAT MR LIM KIT SIANG WILL BE APPOINTED FOREIGN MINISTER OF THIS GOVERNMENT. I recommend that this arrangement be publicly announced as soon as possible.

    I say to all the 3 leaders of Keadilan(Dato Anwar), DAP (Mr Lim Kit Siang) and PAS (leader ? I do not know who) This strategy is absolutely the mirror of what is fact is the position among the Alliance that form Barisan National, BUT with a difference UMNO is now in the throes of IRRELEVANCE AND UMNO IS LED BY A WEAK LEADER WHO VERY OFTEN SLEEPS DURING PARLIAMENTRY SESSIONS. I have even gone to propose that dato Seri be the “OPPOSITION” SUPREMOE so that any overly ambitious persons who only wants “pankat” will be eliminated. Dato Seri must be trusted to DICTATE who is the most likely to win election for the constituency. Do not fight for “seats”. This riots were carefully planned and meticulously carried out with complicity from the government.

    There is a very big difference between UMNO and PAS. I am not just dropping names but in fact I know Dato Asri (MB Kelantan of long ago) and Dato Nik Man (Deputy MB to Asri), I know them very well and I had some discussion with them when they were alive (I think Dato Nik Man could still be alive, he was much younger than Asri). Pas leaders knew very well that they could not break into FORMING THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE RELIGIOUS BASED THAT PROJECTED A SECTARIAN IMAGED; but they wanted very much to tell the non-Malay Malaysians that they were not MALAY BASED PARTY because, a CHINESE CAN BE A MEMBER OF PAS IF HE IS MUSLIM, well so will an Indian. From my perspective PAS is much better and is closer to a national unifying CONCEPT AND PARTY, Pas will not discriminate against a person just because he is not a Malay.     The political situation in Penang is opportunity for a UNITED OPPOSITION to take government from Gerakan; because the acting Chief Minister Mr Koh So Koon is an UMNO shit licking and UMNO dog who EATS OFF THE TABLE ON FOOD SCRAPS THROWN OFF BY UMNO LEADERS.     Malaysia’s judiciary is corrupt, unprofessional incompetent and most of the judges do not know the law. Our Chinese & Indian brothers do not need government hand outs and we have not been given any hand outs since the very first days of independence; but having said that THE SINGLE MOST OPPRESSIVE AND RESTRICTIVE FORCE SUPPRESSING THE CHINESE & INDIANS IS UMNO’S DELIBERATE AND SISTEMIC CORRUPTION AND DESTRUCTION OF THE INSTITUTIONS OF LAW AND ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.

    Discrimination against the Chinese & Indians have been going on since day one of independence, being locked out from many of the avenues for us to make a living is nothing new; and we have been facing an ever decreasing ways of making a living as UMNO keep tightening the squeeze on us. Most of our Chinese parents scrape or steal to ensure that our children get a good education, and we have had to send our children abroad because places in our local universities are closed to our kids, and given to Malay students. I feel very sad for the hardship that our Chinese parents had to experience to save the RM.400,000 that is required for the whole of the years of study in an Australian University. This makes life for the average Chinese Parent almost impossible; yet for all these difficulties THE SINGLE MOST DISENFRANCHISING FACTOR HAS BEEN THE TOTAL DENIAL OF THE RULE OF LAW THAT WE CHINESE HAVE TO LIVE WITH IN MALAYSIA.

    From any perspective, 50 years of racial discrimination that we Chinese & Indians have to live with is enough. UMNO has without any consideration for any backlash from us has been propagating the MYTH that Malays still have not achieved their proper proportion of the nation’s wealth. This is too much of a nonsense, because the acquisition of personal wealth is a matter that is personal and to each his own; some have the talent to grow wealth from nothing and in this respect, we Chinese & Indians have to fend for ourselves and we have not at any time been given any support at all. Therefore, is it just and sensible for the Malays to penalize us for working hard and cleverly to build our wealth ? Did we reach out to the government for assistance ? There was no help from Malaysian government policy to help us in the way of providing credit and loans for us to launch our business; we had to do it all for ourselves. We all had to start from scratch and from just about nothing. Therefore we have to ask the question “ON WHAT GROUNDS DO WE CHINESE & INDIANS OWE THE MALAYS A DEBT OF WHATEVER KIND ?” We did it all by ourselves so where is our debt to the Malays ? On the other hand we just about sum up the position by saying in a blanket statement, that the Malays got everything and we Chinese & Indians got nothing. What hurts most with our Chinese & Indians is that we pay at least 65% of all Malaysian taxes and we got shit all for our contribution.

    I had at the beginning of this article stated that of all the UMNO oppression of us non-Malays, the most onerous was and still is the DESTRUCTION OF MALAYSIAN LAW & ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE. We Chinese, Indians & even Malays (those who do not have powerful UMNO family connection) must reform the ADMINISTRATION OF LAW & JUSTICE. This is the most urgent and pressing reform that any new and non-UMNO government must undertake, because at the present day, MALAYSIA IS NOW LAWLESS, and I will deal with this issue from this point on.

    The destruction of Malaysia’s institutions of law & justice is laid at the door of Tun Mahatir who lacked vision and intelligence to fore-see the probable consequences of his MISCHIEF and he destroyed the integrity, professionalism and honesty of all the judges of the Malaysian judicial system. There was a time when one can expect in a Malaysian Court of Law THE PROPER ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW. There was law and justice according the principles of the English Common Law which is the law of Malaysia as well. HERE WAS CERTAINTY OF THE RULE OF LAW, and we know that our judges will interpret the law with the greatest degree of ethical & highest standard of professionalism. TODAY THERE IS NO ADMINISTRATION OF LAW & JUSTICE IN MALAYSIA. The Malaysian judges take upon themselves to act according to their idiosyncratic whim and as in the case of my wife’s petition the PRESIDING JUDGE ACTED CRIMINALLY; it is really unbelievable that a judge of the highest Malaysian Court could be charged with CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR, but as a lawyer myself (graduate of Singapore University, and not of UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA of course) I can assure you that I am saying what is true (full account is published in my own blog at http://yapchongyee.blogspot.com.) Yes this judge acted to AID AND ABET the respondents Stephen Lim Cheng Ban, Wong Kem Chen and Kwong Sea Yoon to PERJURE, FORGE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE PASSED OFF BY HER AS EVIDENCE AND SEVERAL MORE CRIMINAL OFFENCES. The most disgraceful involvement of this court of appeal judge was her PARTICIPATION together with these three criminals in a conspiracy to obtain RM60,000 under false pretences. I can front her in any court of any jurisdiction other than Malaysia, as for example a HIGH COURT IN SINGAPORE OR AUSTRALIA on this issue. She is a proven liar, FUCKING KNOW NOTHING OF THE LAW, judge and a fucking criminal to boot (she is named in my blog.)

    I read the present circumstances vis a vis the destruction of Malaysia’s Law & Justice as UMNO’s move to entrench their power to rule Malaysia FOREVER ! And this is not any wild claim, as I will here prove by arguing my opinion that IF UMNO GOVERNEMNT IS NOT THROWN OUT BY THIS LATEST ELECTION, THEN IT IS MY OPINION THAT UMNO WILL HOLD GOVERNMENT FOREVER. This will also entrench UMNO elite, the sons and families of the ruling elite, and power will concentrate in only a clutch full of UMNO ruling elite. The Najibs, the Hissamuddin bin Onn, the Syed Albar etc. From my perspective this concentration of power has already “calcified”; today’s UMNO cannot be displaced BY HONEST ELECTION because the MALAYSIAN COURTS ARE STAFFED BY JUDGES WHO ARE UMNO SURROGATES; they are UMNO appointees and they do the bidding of UMNO. My charge that Malaysian Judges do the bidding of UMNO will be proven by the fucking performance of this ROYAL COMMISSION ENQUIRING JUDICIAL CORRUPTION that is headed by former Chief Justice HAIDAR BIN… fucking something or other. Already we see the ugly face of CJ Haidar fucking something or other expose himself; CJ fucking Haidar has asked Judge MAHADEV SHANKAR to recuse himself; on what grounds ? Judge Shankar has properly asked that the request be made in writing, so let us see for what reason CJ fucking Haidar has objection OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT JUDGE SHANKAR IS A MOST RESPECTED JUDGE AND MOST ETHICAL. I know Shankar and I personally do not like him, but I will defend him as an honest person and he will not act in any way that could be unethical or unprofessional. Is there any doubt that FUCKING NOTHING WILL COME OUT OF THIS ONE SIDED ENQUIRY ?

    UMNO fucking owns the Malaysian Judiciary, and given that that is the truth, IT ALSO FOLLOWS THAT there cannot be a MALAYSIAN CONSTITUTION because the fucking Malaysian courts and the judiciary will openly side with UMNO. I can prove factually that this lady so called judge of the Malaysian Court of Appeal STRUCK OUT MY WIFE’S PETITION IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO SPECIFIC PROVISION OF EXISTING LAWS. This can be proven easily because she made TWO FUCKING ORDERS ON THE SAME MATTER, ONE OPPOSING THE OTHER like in ( 1) (-1) = 0. The issue is so simple that I can even put it into a mathematical equation. This HIGH COURT JUDGE IS SO ILLITERATE IN THE LAW THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO STRIKE OUT MY WIFE’S PETITION EFFECTIVELY. She has the power to strike out but SHE FUCKING HAD NO IDEA how to do it. There you have it evidence & proof that Malaysia is lawless because my wife’s petition is still alive and I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT OF APPEAL, ATTORNEY GENERAL, PRESIDENT & SECRETARY OF THE MALAYSIAN BAR COUNCIL; and copies to several practicing lawyers randomly and no action has surfaced, everyone is scared shitless of his own shadow. There you have it THE MOST SENIOR HIGH COURT JUDGE DOES NOT KNOW THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW ! What a fucking
    joke ?

    Another example is the publicly exposed illiteracy of Chief Justice fucking Fairoz, who against all principles of law ORDERED THE AWARD OF THE PARLIAMENTARY SEAT OF BUKIT BINTANG TO MCA CANDIDATE AND BY HIS ORDER UNLAWFULLY TOOK AWAY THE RIGHTFUL VICTORY OF THE DAP CANDIDATE LIM GUAN ENG.

    The issue is simple really. There was in dispute an issue vis a vis the regularity of the electoral process and the MCA candidate brought the matter to court of law. Chief Justice fucking Fairoz alleged that by his finding there was an irregularity in the process (what it was is not important at all). He went on to declare that the election was void and he awarded the seat to the MCA candidate. The point of his criminal behaviour is very easily demonstrated. The ONLY FUNCTION OF THE LAW IN ANY ELECTORIAL PROCESS IS TO ENSURE THAT A CANDIDATE IS ELECTED BY THE VOTERS OF THE CONSTITUENCY; having said that IF THERE IS ANY ANOMALY IN THE PROCESS, THEN IT IS THE DUTY OF THE COURT TO DECLARE THE PROCESS AND ELECTION VOID. Therefore if as is the case here, the court (Chief Justice fucking Fairoz ) declares the election void THEN BY THAT ORDER (declaration that the election was void) fucking Chief Justice Fairoz has declared the PARLIAMENTARY SEAT OF BUKIT BINTANG VACANT ! If there is a vacancy in the constituency then only the people of Bukit Bintang have the power under the Malaysian Constitution to vote for the member of Parliament. This fucking order that put this fucking MCA candidate into the seat of Bukit Bintang was not elected by the people of the constituency. It was the fucking criminal behaviour of Chief Justice fucking Fairoz that put the fucking MCA bastard into the seat. THIS ACTON OF CHIEF JUSTICE FUCKING FAIROZ IS FUCKING UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND IS THEREFORE VOID. What is fucking new ? Malaysia is lawless and the judges do whatever they please even if they in the process BECOME CRIMINALS BY THE VERY LAW THAT THEY CLAIM TO ENFORCE.

    From the examples that I have cited, we can see that today the government of UMNO cannot be displaced because the judiciary are all appointees of UMNO and the slightest excuse that UMNO can allege, they will go to court to give legitimate fig leaf cover for their criminal behaviour. MALAYSIAN JUDICIARY TOTALLY HAS NO CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER. Most of the time it is openly demonstrated that Malaysian judges do not know that they do not know what the law is.

    THEREFORE, IN ORDER THAT UMNO CANNOT FIND THAT FIG LEAF COVER I SAY TO MY FUCKING CHINESE & INDIAN BROTHERS TOTALLY NOT TO ATTEND ANY BARISAN NATIONAL CAMPAIGN RALLIES. THIS WILL DEMONSTRATE THE TOTAL ABSENCE OF ANY SUPPORT FOR BARISAN NATIONAL CANDIDATES IN THIS ELECTION.

    DAP INCUMBENT FOR BATU GAJAH QUITS BECAUSE
    OF PARTY DISSENTION

    It is regrettable and totally infuriating that there are always those who place their personal ambition above those of the community’s; and these are the traitors to their own people. This is the only time when there is a chink of opportunity for the Chinese & Indians to join with sufficiently strong Malay opposition led by keadilan; and this is the time when every vote count. This is the time when it is possible for the opposition to take government.

    The opposition for the first time in 50 years has all the qualification to form government. For the first time in all of 50 years there is a viable MALAY opposition most likely a UNITED FRONT of PAS, Keadialn and DAP. We have Dato Seri Anwar as the Prime Minister in waiting and there is the likely deputy in the leader of PAS.. The opposition as I said earlier is well placed to form government if they can win; and in the prevailing climate I am convinced that the opposition can win government. Having said that I can see from all the way in Australia that the opposition is lacking one very important psychological factor, and that IS THE MIND SET OF ALL THOSE IN THE OPPOSITION WHO HAVE SO FAR FAILED TO PROJECT THE IMAGE OF A WINNER. The opposition so far has failed to strut the stage of a victor; and all this false modesty that opposition can weaken the BN’s ¾ majority is not the image of a WINNER. Why do you in the opposition take the “MODESTY LINE ?” Do you think that it is a case of “MODESTY IS A VIRTUE ?” From my perspective this false modesty is giving the opposition the image of a looser. CHANGE THAT IMAGE ! Strut the stage like a VICTOR; WALK THE TALK, believe that you are the winner.

    I call on the opposition to PROJECT VICTORY, why do you shy from a positive image ?

    I had earlier posted an opinion that this UNITED FRONT need to have a SUPREMO to impose his will on those who are overly ambitious, and now I read that in the Batu Gajah constituency, the incumbent had quit. This is what is the weakness of a loose likely de facto coalition , NO ONE IS IN CHARGE ! The leadership of the DAP must impose their will on those who only seek advancement of their own ambition, and to these bastards, forget THE REST. I say to the leaders of DAP to take wrest total control and kick out the trouble makers. Re-instate the incumbent Miss Fong SO THAT YOU WILL NOT LOOSE THE SEAT OF Batu Gajah to the BN. There is no if or but; Miss Fong in the incumbent and unless there is evidence that she will loose the seat to BN, there is no reason to let her go and have another to take her plece. We need all the victories that we can get so why loose Miss Fong ? This makes no sense. Dissention will loose the DAP their Batu Gajah seat and to remedy this idiotic mind set, I call on the leadership of DAP to do the wiset thing and prevent loosing Miss Fong on account of idiocy. AN INCUMBENT IS 75% OF VICTORY.

    In politics, you do not have to like Miss Fong, you only need to admit to the truth, that she is incumbent; and that must say it all. Kick those trouble makers.

    I speak to you from Australia, but I was once a Malaysian but not anymore. There are about 500,000 Chinese Malaysians living in Australia and like me call Australia home; while it is true that Australia is a wonderful country, but to me Australia is more wonderful because every citizen is treated equally. This is why so many of our Chinese people migrate to Australia.

    Malaysia has no future while the government is in the hands of UMNO, this you must understand for the sake of your children; and while we are at this point, let me congratulate you on your up coming wedding and may “TIN KHONG” grant to you and your children great success and prosperity; we Chinese are Chinese where ever we do and we must feel proud of our motherland.

    Miss Fong, while I do admire you as a person (and I am sure you are a good & courageous person) I disagree that what you are doing is RIGHT FOR THE CHINESE PEOPLE. You have chosen to represent the Chinese constituents of Batu Gajar and our Chinese brothers & sisters trust you and look to your leadership to put their grievances to the Malaysian people of all races. If we are to look for help from the Barisan National, then you can just as well whistle for the birds to come down from the trees. We all know that MCA is UMNO and the people in MCA are crooks and they are traitors to our people. Every one holding office in MCA are condemned as bastards who will sell their mothers to get a DATO, TAN SERI OR TUN; they are not interested in the problems of our Chinese people.

    I saw you on Australian SBS TV and if I remember correctly it was George Negus who interviewed you; that was a very impressive dialogue between you and the interviewer. Your personality shone through as the aggrieved wife of your husband Dato Seri Anwar.

    The image of you at that interview impressed me as a very gentle and softly spoken woman of steel; but all the same, I thought to myself that you had taken on a Quixotic mission; however be that as it may, I believe that you had won great empathy for yourself. You took on an impossible mission and how wrong I had been. Today the mission that you and your husband had taken on, has become as near to success as you could ever dare imagine. I am quite convinced that your UNITED FRONT will win enough support to win government if not this time, maybe next time.

    I wish all of you in the PAS, DAP and Keadilan great success. Malaysia needs a more visionary group of leaders, not the UMNO which has calcified into an OLIGACHY of elites; sons and daughters of the elite who are mostly dreamers who live in a world of fantasy.     Khairy Jamaluddin, the hyena roaring like the LION. I read that both you and your father in law THE SLEEPY HEAD PM said of Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim ( my hero) that nobody now even knows nor hear of Dato Seri Anwar any more. This is not true as we all know it is not true.

    Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim is a real LION who at the peak of his powers shot fears into the spine of this other fellow Tun Mahatir. My own perspective of the crisis that developed between Mahatir vs. Dato Seri was that at the crucial moment Tun Mahatir lost his nerve and from my own assessment, Dato Seri committed a error of profound misjudgment, Dato Seri with held his coup d’grace. There is a saying that if you pull a gun on another make sure you will pull the trigger. I believe that Dato Seri’s sense of human decency and personal loyalty to Mahatir caused him to drop his guard for just that one crucial moment, and just then his adversary, Mahatir lunged out and STABBED IN THE BACK OF DATO SERI. This assessment of Dato Seri speaks volumes for the humanity of dato Seri. I do believe that had Mahatir been a fair and just person, he would not have done to Dato Seri Anwar what Tun Mahatir did in fact do to him.

    Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim is not a nobody, he was the Prime Minister in waiting until he was impaled by the treachery of some one who Dato Seri trusted more than his father. Dato Seri Anwar had been unjustly dealt with by Mahatir and yet when asked by his TV interviewer Tamore Mobile on a programme on Aljazeera, his take on the incident, he made no comment. Her shows the magnanimity of the man; a in let bygones be bygones. A man of great character and a gentleman. I believe if he had been a lesser man Dato Seri Anwar will be Prime Minister and Tun Mahatir will be the nobody; and of course if that had in fact developed Dato Seri Abdullah Bedawi will be a nobody.

    I am of opinion that Dato Seri Ahmad Bedawi, the present PM was to the assessment of Tun Mahatir the WEAKEST OF HIS MINISTERS; and that Tun Mahatir was going to use Dato Ahmad Dedawi as his surrogate and through Bedawi Tun Mahatir was or at least thought that he could exert his control of the Malaysian government. I gathered this opinion from an incident that passed between Mahatir and Bedawi at the time of the general election. Tun Mahatir prepared to go out on a campaign for Bedawi (uninvited) but he (Mahatir) was told by Bedawi handlers that Mahatir was not to do any campaigning for Bedawi; this was an insult and a slap on the face of Mahatir. This incident illustrates to me that Bedawi did not want to be beholden to Mahatir. It shows that Bedawi has anticipated that Mahatir would be an unwelcomed interference. That Mahatir had chosen the weakest of his cabinet to succeed him is also Mahatir’s testament of the weakness of Bedawi, both as a man and as the future Prime Minister. Dear Mahatir has gone on shouting that it was an agreement between him and Bedawi that the latter was to hand the PM ship to Najib at the end of the first term. WHE YOU ARE OUT OF OFFICE TUN MAHATIR, NO ONE WILL GIVE SHIT TO YOU !

    Therefore Mr Khairy Jamaluddin, you are a mere hyena laughing all the way to the bank and your father in law is the Prime Minister BY DEFAULT; or maybe it is more colourful to say that your father in law because the Prime Minister BECAUSE HE WAS THE UGLY ONE IN A BLIND DATE.     PART ONE

    The 50 years of crony, crooked racist politics has at last culminated to this YEAR OF CHANGE. The last 50 years for the Chinese & Indians were the years of living dangerously; the years of living under the specter of racial pogroms. We were threatened by the Malay KRIS and we accepted these humiliation because MCA & MIC had emasculated our people and all for the personal aggrandizement of a few Chinese & one Indian SAMY VELLOO who crawled on his belly to lend cover to UMNO to further the interests of the UMNO oligarchs.

    This year has seen the collapsing of many of the pillars that had for 50 years bewitched the Malay rakyat to believe that THE MALAYS CAN TAKE IT ALL FOR THEMSELVES. UMNO had in fact undermined the development and progress of their own Malay people to stay in power. The so called AFFIRMATIVE ACTION that has for so long deprived the Chinese & Indians had by the twist of fate worked to divide the Malays into the elite who enjoy “connected privileges” and the ordinary RAKYAT whose father is not a Tun, Dato or Tan Sri and hence 22 million who are unconnected live like the Chinese & Indians; largely deprived from a share in the distribution of the national wealth.

    The Malay rakyat like the Chinese & Indians too had been cheated by the UMNO oligarch from achieving true and real progress; this had been the irony of fate. The truth is that in all the world, no vested interests group of any modern society can ever keep 45% of their population in a permanent state of privation and expect to achieve a harmonious society. There are 1000’s of living example to draw from, why not look at what has become of UGANDA and the consequences of Idi Amin driving the Indians out ! Why not look at Kenya, and to what is even today taking place that invites comparison with “513” but one that you Malays can see in stark relief is to cite the permanent state of war that exist between the Israelis and the Palestinians; can this war ever in our lifetime see peace ?

    I do not think that any argument, however well shaped it might be is going to influence change and we all know that Malaysia really need change. It is quite hilarious to say it but it has to be said that Malaysia under UMNO is headed backwards and towards “FEUDALISM”, and what the Malays see as “MALAY PRIDE”. It is really comical that in this day and age when even the British talk of giving up the royal family bullshit; here comes Malaysia wanting the restoration of feudalism. This craziness has a lot to do with the Malay obsession for “rank” or what the Malays call “pankat”; and in this respect they have restored the ceremonial heraldic titles like “Tun” “Tan Sri” “Dato” etc. I observe in the upcoming election that progenies of former UMNO leaders are entering the elections to take the place of their fathers and fore-bears. These events set the foundations for the calcification of a feudalistic oligarchy; and the surest endorsement of these developments is the public denial by non other than former PM Mahatir Mohd. That in his government he did not approve of “DYNASTIC” politics and that for that reason he did not elevate his son to take his place. That to be sure is debatable !

    The fore going discussion is the basis for my perspective that “AFFIRMATIVE ACTION RETARDED THE POSSIBLE PROGRESS OF THE MALAYS”.

    (1)Why affirmative action or more correctly RACIAL DISCRIMINATION has retarded the progress of the Malay rakyat & the Malaysian nation as a whole.

    The truth hurts, I mean the truth to the Malays hurt, but why bother to say anything if it is not the truth. Malaysia has 23 million Malays, and about 5 million Chinese & Indians. We the minority component of Malaysia do not get a look in on the largesse of the government ever but on the other hand we pay the baulk of income tax ( I think about 55% or a bit more); this has gone on from ever since the first days of independence. To say the least the Chinese communist led by Chin Peng forced the early departure of the British. It was not, as claimed by UMNO that the British were forced to leave Malaysia by the Tengku and his UMNO party. If it was not for the pressure of the Communist, then what is the pressure that forced the British out because the Malays fought the Communist on the side of the British ? It was Chin Peng and the Communist Party fighters that caused the British to haemorrhage national treasure (made the Brits go broke) that forced them to leave Malaysia.

    The Chinese & Indians do and did contribute to the development of Malaysia and form the baulk of income tax contributors. The least that we can expect is equal treatment; we do not and have not expected any hand outs from the government. We are Chinese and we can look after ourselves; and we live by very little and we save a lot for capital. What I am saying in a nutshell is that we Chinese willingly accommodate the GOVERNMENT’S UNJUST EXPROPRIATION OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH FOR A SMALL ELITE MALAY GROUP.

    I had earlier said that 23 million are Malays, and of these 23 million Malays, how many benefited from government scholarships ? Yes ! every year more than 5,000 (“guestimate” agar agar saja), gain scholarships, but of these only a handful of Malay scholars go on and pursue a course of study that has any practical application; the courses pursued are mostly in the “ARTS” disciplines, and very rarely do we see a Malay pursue a course in engineering or in SCIENCES; as a consequence most Malay graduates cannot find employment outside of the government; WHAT A WASTE OF SCARCE RESOURCES. The source of this dislocation between government largesse and returns of funds for training lies in the fact that recruitment of recipients for scholarships are stymied by nepotism and crony politics; the best that the Malay race can offer will not get the scholarships. You need to be the son of somebody to get anywhere. This distortion of the system has gone on for 50 years and will go on if it is not stopped now.

    I had earlier said that we Chinese do accommodate you Malays (mostly because we cannot oppose ), but we also do grudge that what we Chinese have been so crudely deprived of go to benefit only a very few and most of these scarce resources are squandered by irresponsible bureaucrats. The results of this wastage is to train an Army of unemployed “clerks” who can do nothing. Unfortunately this blind affirmative actions cannot produce sufficient numbers of useful and highly skilled workers; Malaysia has not progressed at all in the globalised 21st century. We are behind Vietnam, Thailand, and soon you will be behind such 3rd world minnows like Cambodia and Laos.

    Ket me draw this Khairy Jamaluddin’s attention to the ongoing ROYAL COMMISSION INTO JUDICIAL CORRUPTION ! What is Khairy Jamaluddin going to do to ADDRESS JUDICIAL CORRUPTION ? This is what solid and down to earth ISSUES that need to be addressed; and has he said anything about it ? Let me cite my wife’s CASE : ORIGINATING PETITION No.: D2-26-41 of 2001 in the HIGH COURT IN KL was struck out by the PRESIDING JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI, who is now promoted to the court of Appeal. It is hilariously funny that judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali was so IGNORANT OF THE LAW THAT SHE AWARDED TO THE RESPONDENTS WONG KEM CHEN, STEPHEN LIM CHENG BAN AND KWONG SEA YOON 2 directly OPPOSING ORDERS (a) for security for costs, which my wife paid in the sum of RM.60,000; therefore by this payment by my wife there is nothing else to be done except to go to court; but instead judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali went on to ILLEGALLY AWARD TO THE NAMED RESPONDENTS A SECOND AND OPPOSING ORDER TO STRIKE OUT PETITION.

    The ignorance of this judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali is so comically profound THAT ALL HER ACTIONS ON THE BENCH IN HER ADJUDICATION OF MY WIFE’S PETITION WERE CRIMINAL. She committed the following criminal OFFENCES :

    (1) Aiding & Abetting respondents Wong Kem Chen, Stephen Lim and Kwong Sea Yoon TO COMMIT the criminal offences of PERJURY & FORGERY
    (2) Acting jointly with above criminal respondents in A CONSPIRACY TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE
    (3) Acting jointly in a conspiracy to obtain money under false pretences
    (4) Acting jointly in a conspiracy to obstruct police investigating criminal offences
    (5) Committed the criminal offences of Malfeasance.

    I had written countless letters to the Malaysian A.-G, Chief Judge of High Court of Malaya, copies to President & Secretary of Malaysian Bar Council and to this day I have not received any response. Here is a Judge of the Highest Court of Malaysia who does not KNOW THAT SHE WAS IN FACT COMMITTING SEVERAL CRIMINAL OFFENCES WHILE PERFORMING HER JUDICIAL DUTIES. I have invited the Malaysian A,G, and all those mentioned above to come to Australia to obtain my EXTRADITION FOR SEDITION so why have they failed to clear the name of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali ? Why bother for the Malaysian Government to spend several millions of Ringgit to hold a bullshit Royal commission when criminal behaviour of Judge Zainon Binti Mohd. Ali is all there to READY FOR PROSECUTION.

    What is this fellow Khairy Jamaluddin going to do about a REAL CASE and not one that is hot air. I invite the Malaysian Government to come to Australia to get my EXTRADITION.

    PART TWO

    At the time of “513” I lived at Kamunting Street, which was at the edge of Kampong Bahru. The riots started from Kampong Bahru and engulfed Chow Kit R market. The whole riot was carefully planned by that fellow, former Mentri Besar of Selangor, Dato Harun. There was nothing spontaneous about it at all. It was just foray to slaughter as many Chinese as the Malays can. We who lived in that area around Kamunting Street were ourselves poor Chinese and we went through privation just as much as the Malays, but with one difference, they (Malays) got government assistance while we ahd to scratch for what little that we could. My father was just a lowly accounts clerk and we did not have much as children, even to eat. How much can we expect when my family were 9 children ? Therefore, we were in fact worse off then our Malay nirghbours. All of us Chinese, Indians and Malays have the same background, NOT ALL ARE RICH ! “513” therefore was the bogey to scare us of the minority group into submission and it succeeded because Malaysian Chinese were badly led by common traitors of our own Chinese people. This has gone on for 50 years. This is the year of change and we are accountable to our grand children and their children after then. We all Chinese and Indians have a duty to bring about CHANGE and this is the year because Barisan national is led by a SLEEPY HEAD PRIME MINISTER. GO OUT AND VOTE OPPOSITION.

    It is still not fully appreciated by all Malaysians that globalisation has already left Malaysia behind; today it is Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and very soon it will be the real 3rd world wallahs like Cambodia Burma and Laos that will pass us by. Glad to say it, because the decline of Malaysia is already past redemption, MALAYSIA IS ALREADY A BASKET CASE. Why do I say it with so much relish ? And why not, my experience during the riots has made me want to gloat whenever Malaysia suffers adversity. I am no more or less than what the average Malay will find happiness at the suffering of the Chinese or the Indians. You ENJOY to see me fall and in the same way I enjoy to see you fall. UMNO & the Malays think that they have taken all and left nothing for us; that if I may say so myself, is just about true ! But as I said in my discussion in Part 1, as fate would have it the hoggish behaviour of the Malays laid the very foundation that will see the Malays RACE TO THE BOTTOM of the third world. Sort of like PROVEDENCE has taken the side of the Chinese & Indnas.

    I will discuss the thinking that drove UMNO and Malay leaders in Malaysia as opposed to the thinking of Singapore vis a vis the issue of introducing a Bahasa Kebangsaan ( hope I got it right now that I am Australian ), the national language. Malay leaders at the time of Merdeka were all fired up and wanting to change everything “yesterday”; and they went more in the manner of vandals destroying everything and would only have what they thought would be just MALAY. The sin of pride gripped them and every one who is any one IS AN EXPERT. Malay leaders were just plain tunnel “visioned” and they in fact vandalized and discarded their one big advantage which they inherited from their colonial masters, the British. It really amuses me to note that at that time Malaysia had a very distinct advantage over the other “ASEAN” NATIONS, we were fluent in English, Malay, Chinese and to a lesser extent Indian. We were in fact at that time MULTILINGUAL; an absolute advantage in these times of globalisation. To say the least it used to be Japanese that most businessmen wanted to learn when Japan was the biggest dog in the neighbourhood. Now thank god for the Chinese, we have become the bigger dog than the Japs and now even the “Mat Salleh” is learning Chinese. Malaysia had some very excellent Chinese schools, but the Malaysian government’s language policy has caused that advantage to close as well. Malaysia boast that she is an English speaking country when they want to attract Chinese mainland student to come and learn English in Malaysia; WHAT A JOKE ? Sorry to say so, but the truth is that it was in my generation that the last English fluent Malaysia had graduated. Yes, it was my generation that Bahasa Kebangsaan was introduced; and mainly it was because I did not like to learn Bahasa that I left Malaysia. NO REGRETS !

    In the case of Singapore, their leaders were more enlightened and they consolidated and progressed with what language advantage that they had at the time of independence. Singapore today teaches in English & Chinese as the main language and other minor languages are allowed to flourish at their own pace. Singapore was progressive and when asked what was Singapore’s advantage, in DOHA recently Mr Lee Kuan Yew said that Singapore had progressed as fast and as far because Singapore had 80% Chinese and 8% Indians; these were according to him was Singapore’s advantage. Why is it that Singapore at the time of independence with no resources, except for their people and with a small population (1 million), and now they are 4 million, had progressed to the extent that today’s GDP for Singapore is higher than that of Australia and their per capita is also higher than that of Australia. This is sure something, believe or not does not matter but those are the facts.

    The factor that retarded the progress of Malaysia most was the compulsory insistence that the medium of instruction to be in Bahasa, and that English to be taught for a mere two or three hours per week. Yes, even today there are those Malay chauvinists who want to reintroduce Bahasa as the medium of instruction for MATHS & SCIENCE. The biggest set back for tis language policy is that not too many BOOKS ARE WRITTEN IN BAHASA; and if you do not have the books you just cannot learn Maths & Science ! There is a great rush for Mainland Chinese to learn English because English is the language of science & Maths and in engineering and everything that is important. How would you honestly rate Bahasa as a language og science & maths ? However even if by tomorrow, the Malaysian Government were to reintroduce English like the old times, Malaysia has already GIVEN UP their advantage and to start again will take another 50 years to get to where you were 50 years ago; so in truth Malaysia is 100 years to get to the start line. MALAYSIA IS ALREADY A BASKET CASE AND ALL YOUR JAMALUDDIN AND NAJIBS CANNOT PUT HUMTY DUMPTY TOGETHER AGAIN.

    I read an article in yesterday’s Malaysiakini ( Feb./27) that voters need to punish UMNO, but I believe more correctly that UMNO, MCA and MIC should not exist any longer because fundamentally the reason for the continued existence has too long ago become irrelevant. These three race based Parties were cobbled together willy nilly to bring together the three main races of Malaya for the purpose of agitating for an independent Malaya from the colonial rule of the British. The three “leaders”, of the Tengku, Sambantan and Tan Cheng Lock did not represent the Chinese and Indians, while the Tengku’s leadership, well on that issue I leave it to the Malays to decide; but in the case of Tan Cheng Lock, he was a close friend of the Tengku’s and he was “brought along” as one of the leaders representing the Chinese. His participation had no legitimacy whatsoever, and by the way Cheng Lock is a BABA, what does he know about Chinese interests ?

    Malaysia is in all and every way a HOTCH POCH of 3 separate communities living under one “roof”, and in all of the 50 years of independence UMNO had made no attempt nor made any effort to remove the race barriers and build a harmonious and united modern nation. On the contrary the politics of UMNO has always been to DIVIDE ALL THE THREE RACES SO THAT UMNO WILL RULE MALAYSIA PERMANENTLY. Therefore it has always been the politics of UMNO to hog all the nation’s largess for their own cronies, a small clique of privileged families who claim descend from their original “founding fathers”. The whole structure of UMNO is geared towards perpetuating this objective. The MCA & MIC dogs are the slaves and hangers on of UMNO waiting by the UMNO dining table waiting for the scraps that are thrown from the UMNO main table dinners. It is absolutely disgraceful to watch these MCA & MIC dogs hanging their tongues out begging for a TUN or a Tan Seri or a Datoship. I will today take on the mission to expose why UMNO ought to be destroyed for the good of Malaysia.

    (1) RACIAL DISCRIMINATION !
    UMNO has used racial discrimination as the bait to draw support from the Malay rakyat to perpetuate their hold on power, and the continued retention of this ugly and medieval policy has been the most damaging and regressive factor that stymied the growth and progress of the Malay people. It is a pity that those in UMNO cannot see what the extent of damage that they have brought on their own people by prolonging their use of racial discrimination for the purpose of retaining power for themselves.

    I will confront head on this issue and argue why the power of UMNO to take for the Malays all the fruits of the nation and give it all to the Malays IS NOT A GOOD THING FOR THE MALAYS. Is this not what the Malays believe UMNO is doing for them as Malays, and that Malays TAKING IT ALL IS GOOD FOR THE MALAYS ? My argument will seem futile from the perspective of the Malays, BUT I ASSURE THAT IT IS THE OPPOSITE. I will prove that UMNO’s racial discrimination is very bad for the Malays.

    (a) AWARD of scholarships exclusively to only Malays (please do not quibble, I know that a tinny few do go to non Malays, miniscule); so why is that bad for the Malays ? The Malays will say yes it is very BAD for the Indians and Chinese but it is very good for the Malays. WRONG ! I tell the Malays to look around you Malays, and ask the question, who are the recipients of these government scholarships. CONSIDER this one question, “IS THERE A NATIONAL EXAMINATION TO SELECT THE APPROPRIATE AND MOST TALENTED MALAY
    CANDIDATE ? To my knowledge there has never been such a selection process; therefore how are scholarship recipients selected ? They are selected by phone calls from the well connected UMNO stalwarts friends call friends and friends of friends call friends and so on, all HAVE TO BE WELL CONNECTED ! If you Malays care to admit it, these recipients of these government largess consist of a clutch full of about 5000 UMNO connected families, the other 23 million other unconnected Malays do not get to smell any of these goodies. Yes it is true that all the good stuff goes to Malays but who are the ones among the Malays who get to share in these largess ? Are these other non connected Malay families any better off than the Chinese or Indians ?
    On one of my visits to KL I read a statement made by Najib comparing “MERITOCRACY” between Singapore and Malaysia, and he said that Malaysia too practice meritocracy. This is sufficient evidence of the standard of education that Najib has had; he has no idea what is meant by the word meritocracy, poor man ! In Malaysia in the manner that I have already described above, such a process is not merit based. IT IS CRONY BASED PROCESS. In Singapore only the best are justly awarded such scholarships. NOW I COME TO THE MOST INTERESTING PART OF MY ARGUMENT. If you agree that in Malaysia selection is by “POWER” connection, then it must be agreed that by logical deduction ONLY A CLUTCHFULL of well connected candidates will receive these scholarships. Then you will need to ask, WHAT IS SO BAD TO GIVE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ‘CONNECT CHILDREN ?” The only conclusion that can be drawn from this process is that only a very small ELITE belong to this group of “power connected” candidates. Therefore, not the very best & brightest of the Malay race will benefit from the process. This also means the process perpetuates the RULING CLASS OF A SMALL CLASS OF ELITES; and these recipients are the drags of Malay society; spoiled brats like that fellow Khairy Jamaluddin who is the butt of all the criticism that is coming from bloggers. The evils of the process is that for the last 50 years Malaysia had not produced any pool of Malay talents in any field of professional skills. Malay Engineers are as scarce “whale’s tooth” and in the field of science I don’t think any exist.
    The question that you want to ask me is, WHAT HAS THIS TO DO WITH RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ? It has everything to do with racial discrimination, because under the first Malaysian Constitution there was provision under the constitution to set aside 1 out of 4 places in government employment, award of contracts and award of scholarships etc. to be awarded to minority races that means that 25% of government largess must by law go to minority; and under this enabling provision BUREAUCRATS who administer any programme that call for the fair distribution of government largess discriminates against the Chinese & Indians with impunity; thus began the eroding of this provision until today there are no consideration to be given to minority rights. IT BEGAN by bureaucrats abusing the system and awarded all government largess to Malays and by extension the laxity of the government led to CRONY POLITICS and this enabled these bureaucrats to abuse the system for the benefit exclusively FOR UMNO and their member families. This system has hardened and it is beyond reform. The only recourse is to destroy UMNO. Even if the Chinese & Indians do not agitate for a fair share of government largess, the Malays too need a fairer system to get the best returns for the Malays and hence the nation. UMNO is bad for Malays, Chinese & Indians alike. As for the MCA & the MIC, if there is no UMNO there also cannot exist the MCA & MIC.

    THE ONLY GOOD SENSE FOR MALAYS, CHINESE & INDIANS IS TO DESTROY UMNO. VOTE THE OPPOSITION AND NO MATTER IF IT IS PAS, DAP OR KEADILAN.

    This is a precise of the book “Asian Godfathers “ by Joe Studwell and I will keep very closely to the text by liberal quotes from the book. I thought of not commenting on this work because the arguments are so close to my own 3 part posts that I had published last week under the title of the “Year Of Change” only my article was written all about Malaysia and this one is all about South East Asia(Asean). You can read the http://www.economist.com article dated 29th/Feb., from which I had quoted most of it.
    The book examines the factors that underpinned the sharp decline of most of the S-E Asian economies, excepting Singapore.“In a recent book, “Asian Godfathers”, Joe Studwell, a journalist, examines this failure in stark terms. The region’s business scene, he says, remains dominated by old-fashioned, mediocre, sprawling conglomerates, run at the whims of ageing patriarchal owners. These firms’ core competence, such as it is, is exploiting their cosy connections with governing elites. Their profits come from rent-seeking: being handed generous state contracts and concessions, or using their sway with officialdom to keep potential competitors out. If they need technology, they buy it from abroad. As a result, Mr Studwell says, the region has “no indigenous, large-scale companies producing world-class products and services.”
    “Corruption is another great burden on business. That is true elsewhere in Asia too, but several South-East Asian countries—notably Indonesia—are afflicted by corrupt and unreliable judicial systems, making it difficult to enforce contracts.” I had written many, many posts (83 posts on my own blog. http://yap.chongyee.blogspot.com) setting out in detail how Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali had corruptly and incompetantly struck out my wife’s petition. The judge forced the complicity of my wife’s counsel Mr David Hoh of M/s Lim & Hoh of Jln. Bukit Bintang, KL to render my wife’s petition, COMMATOSE. We do not know how the alleged “appeal” has gone and we do not know whether any appeal has been lodged or not because Mr David Hoh has held himself and his partner father Mr Frank Hoh INCOMMUNICADO. We just got no response from our many letters that I had published on my blogg.
    Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali had committed the criminal offence of Malfeasance by approving to respondent Stephen Lim Cheng Ban both (1)an order for security for costs (2) later after the security for costs had been paid Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali approved to Stephen Lim the second Order for striking out petition. Just the fact that these two orders were made afte my wife had paid the RM.60,000 is proff that Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali has committed the said crime. To cap it all Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali FROM SHEER IGNORANCE OF THE LAW PROBABLY DID NOT THAT SHE HAD COMMITTED A CRIMINAL OFFENCE; but tough for Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali has no excuse because knowledge of the criminal offence is not required to be proved, bloody IGNORANCE WILL DO.
    I had also argued that Malaysia had wasted billions of ringgit to educate the children of Bumiputra, but lacking in vision Malaysian leaders hogged all the scholarships for their own children, while leaving those who do not have UMNO connection out of the loop. Therefore the Malaysians find that their choice of candidates are circmscribed by a clutchful of about 5,000 to 6,000 families. This limited choice also disadvantaged the selection of candidates to the easier academic courses in the arts and consequantly Malaysia does not have a sufficiently large pool of talents in the much needed fields of engineering and science. Here is what the author has to say “ Malaysia has also spent heavily on universities and the promotion of technology but its efforts have been stymied by the country’s messy racial politics (including preferential university places for the Malay majority) and by the handing of state contracts and concessions to undeserving government cronies. Both the lack of fair competition between businesses and the failure to widen access to education may have a common underlying cause: that South-East Asian countries remain in the grip of narrow elites.”
    The result is that there are very few Malay talents of any kind that will provide leadership that will grow their industries or provide a talent base for the growth of science and scientific innovation that is sweeping the font runner economies of India & China. In Malaysia UMNO leaders live in a bubble dream world of make belief. The incident that really cracked me up is the claim that Malaysia had produced an ASTRONAUGHT; this Malay dentist hitched a ride on the back of a Russian SPACE SHOT at the costs of at least riggit 100 million, because that was how much another SPACE TOURIST, an Iranian computer entrepreneur paid for her ride on another Russian SPACE SHOT. It is ridiculously silly to claim that this dentist is any kind of an ASTRONAUGHT because an astronaught is a SPACE TECHNITIAN and he “drives” the space vehicle and to say that this dentist is a space astronaught is really STRETCHING REALITY TO BREAKING POINT. This phenomena is stated in these terms : “This dilettantism was once summed up damningly by Michael Porter, of Harvard Business School: “These companies don’t have strategies, they do deals.” Gerry Ambrose in the Kuala Lumpur office of Aberdeen Asset Management laments that it is indeed hard to find Malaysian companies with “a business plan that will last ten years”. Because even the best-run firms often have boards and shareholder lists dominated by the founding family and their friends, it is hard to believe that their thinking will change.
    Hitherto, Malaysian companies have had a remarkable record of picking duds when they buy foreign firms. Laura Ashley, a fashion designer; Costain, a builder; Lec, a fridgemaker; and Agusta, a motorbike-maker: all were bought by Malaysian firms with less than glorious outcomes. This was also described by me in my article as fact.
    However, he says that there are hopeful signs there are “…..hopeful sign for South-East Asia’s corporate future is that it seems to be getting easier for those outside the closed circle of the politically well-connected to set up new businesses and challenge the incumbents. Mr Fernandes’s AirAsia is the prime example. Started only six years ago, the airline now criss-crosses the region with a huge network of low-cost flights. Mr Fernandes, a former music-industry man, is still frantically adding routes: he expects to be allowed to start domestic flights in the Philippines and Vietnam soon. He has started a separate, low-cost, long-haul airline, AirAsiaX, which is flying from Kuala Lumpur to Gold Coast airport in Australia and Hangzhou near Shanghai. Flights to Melbourne, Amritsar and eventually London are on the way. “In other once-coddled industries, too, governments are starting to dismantle monopolies. YTL’s Mr Yeoh says there will soon be “no hiding place” for firms trying to live from old-fashioned rent-seeking.
    The rise of China and India, with their huge home markets, may mean that it is too late for South-East Asia to become big in manufacturing. “The region already dominates some types of agricultural produce: Thailand and Vietnam are the world’s two largest rice exporters, for example. Since the region has so much coastline and so many rivers, there is much scope for expanding fish-farming and seafood production. Thai Union, a giant tuna-packer, is already in BCG’s top 100. Vietnam, the region’s rising star, has several big seafood firms which, if they can resist the regionwide scourge of diversification, may one day reach similar heights.
    But they do seem to be linked to the perseverance of narrow elites and to the countries’ sluggishness in overcoming old rivalries and building an integrated regional market. It is already too late for Malaysia to catch up to the regions major players, but at least Malaysia may want to remain a little bit ahead of the wost of them all at the bottom rank of S-E Asia. Malaysia has lagged behind because Malaysia’s economic model is built on the FOUNDATIONS OF EXCLUSION. A System that excludes 27 million to enrich an elite of some 10,000 families has no other way to go but DOWN.

    Hey! Dr Chandra Muzaffar are you trying to dazzle the poor Malaysians with your “Doctor” whatever that stands for; please la Doc. That Phd. Does not mean shit, It does not make you more intelligent and it does not neam that you are any smater than when you started. A Phd. Just means that you had taken an in depth study of one aspect of a subject and as a matter of fact a Phd merely leads to a career in teaching, Our Asian people are so awed by that Phd., thinking that these Phd. Types Know it all, nothing is further from the truth.

    Comrade Chandra to my way of thinking, and by your claims made against Dato Seri, I say that you are bloody naïve. We are all humans (I think so) and we have emotions and full of bias and prejudices; and above all we are in truth all racist. I am racist & you are racist, and the only difference between a Mahatma Ghandi type saint and an ARYAN Nazi thug is that most of us who dare claim that he is not racist (you can leave me out because I am racist) are those who’ve got a two bit claim to having higher education, a wanna be intelltual. Comrade Chandra says that Dato Seri in the past had been consistently not in favour of Chinese and maybe he is truthful, while Dr Lim Kheng Yaik claims that Dato Seri is chamileon and in Lim Kheng Yaik’s experience with Dato Seri he could be speaking the truth. Bearing in mind that we all carry a lot of baggage are we correct in our estimation of the man. We are all very complex and we are all driven by self interests; therefore what oue see is not really what is the man ! We can never tell what a man will do in all circumstances because what we see as the man is only the tip of the iceberg.

    Politics is all about perception and creating an IMAGE of the politician, and we just cannot know what the whole man is in truth. For Dr Chandra & Dr Lim Kheng Yaik to say that they both ahd worked with Dato Seri and that they know the man is ingenious. Both these Dr.’s are playing their support for the BN and not quite really to give an assessment of Dato Seri for what he is factually, because that will be beyond their capability. Having said that I say both of them are naïve THAT IS NOT HOW THE GAME OF POLITICS IS PLAYED. We can only take Dato Seri at his word and the issue is therefore ARE WE HAPPY WITH HIS PROGRAMME FOR HIS GOVERNMENT ? That to my mind is all that we need to ask and we will have to take him at his word; because we just cannot do otherwise. WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW WHAT IN TRUTH HE IS LIKE AND THAT BY OUR UNDERSTANDING HE WILL OR WILL NOT DLIVER WHAT HE HAD PROMISED FOR THE ELECTION. There is no need to go too far out of the way; ask yourselves what had BN promised for the last election (1999) and did BN deliver ? I do not think so !

    Dato Seri and the United Front of DAP, PAS and Keadilan HAS MADE IT THEIR PLATFORM that if elected he and his United Front will deliver a GOVERNMENT FOR ALL MALAYSIANS AND TO STEP BACK FROM RACE BASED POLITICS. That is what we must accept for the truth; and if he ever fail to deliver then the next election vote him and his United Front out. This is what will therefore develop into a TWO PARTY POLITICAL STRUCTURE. Is this not what we want, and what is the profit if we just not believe him and we merely take the word og the two Dr.’s both of them are pretentious and know it all. I say do not listen to them shooting hot air. VOTE OPPOSITION and let 2 party politics develop.

    Mr Lim Kit Siang has been too lomg in politics and he has become demented from living too long; senile dementia I suspect.

    I read some of the cemments and all of them have one sentiment in common, ie THE OST IMPORATNT ACHIEVEMENT OF THIS ELECTION IS THE DAWN OF RACE POLITICS. Therefore why does Lim Kit Siang object to PAS nominee. Having said that Lim Kit Siang has no common sense because if DAP, PAS and PKR submitted 3 candidates for the Sultan’s approval then it must also mean that DAP has agreed to accept whomsoever the Sultam chooses. I can see how that little mind of Lim Kit Siang works, HE THINKS THAT BECAUSE DAP AND PKR HAVE THE MOST REPRESENTATIVES IN THE STATE ASSEMBLY, THEREFORE EITHER HAVE A RIGHT TO THE MB SHIP. That I am afraid is not correct because the coalition submitted 3 names and of these only one can become MB and that decision belongs to the Sultan.

    There is no ground upon which Lim Kit Siang can gribe about.

    I read quite a few of the 500 plus comments on Malaysians unplugged and I have to make one very obvious and important observation and that is the TOTAL ABSENSE of any comment on the Sultan’s choice and why he had been unfair. I WOULD LIKE TO CORRECT THIS OBVIOUS deficiency; I WANT TO CONGRATULATE HIS HIGHNESS FOR HIS OBVIOUS WISDOM FOR WHAT HE HAD ACHIEVED. Did any of you even asked yourselves why is it that His Highness did what appears to any ordinary person to be unfair ? None of you did! That shows how much you understood of the actions of His Highness. From my perspective I think it was sheer poetry. His Highness had just cast a stone into the pool and watch the ripples radiate in ever bigger circles.

    I believe it was His Highness intention to expose the cracks in the rhetoric of those like Mr Lim Kit Siang and he achieved that by picking the least qualified and the one that will generate the most controversy, ie, PAS because they had the least claim to the job being the party with the least seats. It was so simple and it was so effective; it caused the UNITED FRONT TO CRUMPLE RIGHT THERE. Is that not sheer poetry ? I would like to say that Lim Kit Siang has proved himself to be too old for the job and he need to be replaced. I would like to remind Lim that wisdom is not always about how to achieve your objective by force; you need to also know what is POSSIBLE. Politics is all about perception, image and knowing what is possible. The Sultan has made his choice and no amount of force will change that.

    Now that race politics is proven to be irrelevant, you Mr Lim too has become irrelevant and you should retire; 50 years as a politician is much too long, all those who went into politics like the Tengku, Tan Siew sin, Tun Sambantan etc. have gone to their makers and you Mr Lim should also go to your maker. Mr Lim you have fought for CHINESE RIGHTS for too long & now we do not want CHINESE RIGHTS, what we want today is MALAYSIAN RIGHTS OF FULL CITIZENSHIP. No more Chinese or Indian rights because there is only one RIGHT and that is the right to full Malaysian citizenship. This you have to understand is what all Malaysians what; not just Chinese rights; and by your own ignorance YOU WHO OPPOSE THE DECISION OF HIS HIGHNESS HAS BECOME A RACIST YOURSELF.

    Hello Anil ! You have written a very insightful article arising from the Sub-prime mortgage problem, of which I was not too clear about. After reading your article I can see that it looks very much the 1997 problem that got Asia undone by the same people from the US and I suppose from EU.

    I believe in one wise and ancient saying that nothing comes from nothing; and no matter how clever you are you just cannot pump up hot air and expect it to remain the same all the time, what goes up must eventually come down. The BN government have for the last 50 years been about shaving off a percentage of all government generated contracts and franchises for their own selfish benefit; I would go as far as to say that about 25% of all government contracts have been shaved off and pass on as waste due to corruption. Grandiose projects are thought up that are not of any urgency or requirement are implemented merely because the bigger they are the more the politicians can shave off for themselves. Looking at the second bridge project for Penang I can only say that this is another white elephant that will costs the state several billion ringgit and the shave off will make another crony very rich.

    I have been back to KL and the huge highway that runs through KL to Penang must have costs several billions, and from my observation there is no urgency for such a huge project, Penang is a sea port and Penang could have a first class air-port to improve much needed infrastructure, but instead you plan to put in a billion dollar second bridge project; where is the need for such a project ?

    In KL the hugely expensive FREEWAY does not merit the expenditure because it has not loosened up traffic at all, there are still very long traffic chock points that were there before the highway was put in use as it is now when it is in use. These projects were built merely to benefit those in power. To give them the opportunity to collect toll and to shave off a percentage of the contract sum. The BN government has wasted billions upon billions over the past 50 years. Compare the returns on investment between Singapore and Malaysia and you can see what they have and how they have put their investment dollars to good use. Malaysia wasted their billions upon billions of their ringgit merely to profit a few in the government. While Singapore has invested billions of dollars towards building up one of the world’s finest educational system and a world renown R & D facilities, Malaysia is still “clomping” along at bullock-cart speed; there is just no comparison, a case of cheese and chalk. Singapore has catapulted into the front ranks of a 21st century economy, while Malaysia is still chugging along at a leisurely “kampong” pace.

    I have forever said that Malaysia had the good fortune to discover oil at the time that I left Malaysia, and that discovery of oil saved Malaysia from becoming a case of a SUDAN OR AFGHANISTAN. Malaysia has no manufacturing to speak off. What is passed off as manufacturing in Malaysia is nothing more than mere assembly of discarded Japanese technology as eg. The assembly of the Mitsubishi that passes for the Proton. Yes Malaysia bought the British Lotus and what profitability has it generated ? Look at the Malaysian icon of cheap flights, like Asia Airlines a success story, but it was bought by Fernandes for 1 ringgit and turned around. The Malaysian government lost billions in that project only to be turned around by a non Malay. There are hundreds of other similar examples, that proves the rule that AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IS A WASTE OF SCARCE RESOURCES; it did not really benefit the Malays because all the projects that were supported by Affirmative action went into huge losses and they did not benefit Malaysia in any meaningful way.

    The Malays ought to by now at least by trial and error, realize that it takes a certain type of individual to become an entrepreneur and one can say by a rule of thump that a Malay is not likely to be one.

    Penang is an excellent test bed for Malaysia (and by that I mean the BN government) to find a more effective model for development than just sticking to a failed model that is hooked on affirmative action that has gone on for the last 50 years. I agree with DAP that the NEP needs to be scraped because Penang is mainly Chinese, may I guess about 75% Chinese ? Therefore, 75% of the population will not need affirmative action (are there 25% Malays in Penang ? ) In the case of Penang therefore, may I suggest that CM Lim Guan Eng need not take any step back from what he has declared, that he will scrap the NEP(I think he will scrap it too ). My suggestion is for the CM to implement a public announcement of all the good stuff eg. Government contracts up for tender and scholarships and jobs in government.
    My suggestion is that if qualified Malays win any government contracts by fair tender then government assistance may be available to the successful Malay contractor to complete the project. This model is built on the foundation that merit is the basis of success and that if the Malay candidate has merit but not sufficient means to complete his project, the government will render assistance to him. This system will therefore remove the “Malay Sultan syndrome”; the Chinese dubbed this the Malai Wong system, whereby the China-man enlist a Malay as the chairman and under his name takes on a government contract and pays off the Malay chairman a percentage of the contract but the whole project is managed by the Chinese. This system has gone on ever since the first days of Merdeka and it is the greatest indictment of the failure of Malaysia’s failed affirmative action. Let us be blunt about it, if the Malay is not able or qualified to take the job then where is the common sense for taking him on ? His inadequacy only blow up the costs of the project and this has gone on forever.

    I can say that I speak for most Chinese that we do not object and for that matter we had never ever objected to a fair and equitably administered affirmative action, meaning that this assistance are given justly to deserving cases of Malays who need assistances to progress. We Chinese only object to the wastage brought on by nepotism and corruption. If affirmative action only benefits an elite then the Malays will never progress to the point when they will not need any assistance. This is our objection. That being the case CM Lim can experiment with a system that will ultimately create a class of Malay entrepreneurs that will draw level with the other races. What CM Lim has said is just common sense and good thinking. We Chinese do not need any affirmative action.

    On the issue of the award of scholarships and government jobs, if I remember rightly, there is provision in the original Malaysian Constitution that mandates a ratio of 3 : 1 in other words, a 25% places reserved for non-Malays; but this provision had been perverted by those administer the government to give ALL THE PLACES to the Malays. All we need do is to revert to the original Malaysian Constitution and enforce that provision according to the law. We need to name the successful candidates in the press, like the publication of the HSC results. Who are the Malays and who are the non-Malays to show transparency and just administration of the required affirmative action. I believe that transparency is the key and it applies even in the case of the Malays.

    is that chinese really so horrible?
    we also use our two hand to do our bussiness and works. i see alot of newspaper recently
    they only aim for chinese and keep say chinese not support them. why always put chinese in front for reason? i think now chinese will more clear about them, with this reason i think we won’t vote them anymore. alWays put chinese in front to make malay hate chinese. i hate this kind of ppl.
