tapi ni untuk menyiasat. sat. budak China yang kena tok ketampi dalam jel dulu bulih buat suruhanjaya diraja. anwat kena sedaih kat mata dulu bulih buat suruhanjaya diraja. polis yang dok celaghu mak enon dulu pun boleh dibuat suruhanjaya diraja. Please send this message to DSA.

I would like to raise two questions to Datuk Ahmad Said Hamdan for saying the video clip already been edited in Utusan.

    http://www.utusan.com.my/utusan/content.asp?y=2007&dt=1020&pub=Utusan_Malaysia&sec=Muka_Hadapan&pg=mh_02.htm

    1. How he verify the video clip already been edited since the clip is not yet sent to Hong Kong for any forensic analysis.

    2. If I split a 10-minute video clip into two 5-minute clips with any splitting software. This process is not same with video editing. Its original signals are still intact.

Splitting is a process of dividing your video files into parts. For example, you may cut off a piece of video with unlikely scenes (e.g. commercials, corrupted video). Splitting process leaves source files intact, saving result in destination file.

Video editing is the process of re-arranging or modifying segments of video to form another piece of video. The goals of video editing are the same as in film editing — the removal of unwanted footage, the isolation of desired footage, and the arrangement of footage in time to synthesize a new piece of footage.
Splitting process leaves source files intact, saving result in destination file.
