It's ok, let BN win in Machap. To a certain extent, Machap voters are the real winners, for getting the tens of millions of ringgit worth of development.

Along the way, money will be siphoned out to certain parties, projects will be given to certain cronies who will do a slipshod job and then remedial work will cost even more for which funds wont be readily available.

So the party that really benefits from all of these “development projects” will be the “contractors”. Happy fishing to these contractors. My heart goes out to Machap voters as when this happens and they start to get the feeling of helplessness all I can say is, welcome to the club.

Hopefully the Rakyat's eyes will open in time for the coming GE.

I hope Ijok is not a repeat of the above!

The deputy prime minister gives away RM3.7 million to Felda settlers in Machap and then poetically asks them to vote for the Barisan Nasional candidate. - Malaysiakini
This is clearly vote buying and the Election Commission closes both eyes. We should call for the immediate resignation of Abdul Rashid who has brought shame to Malaysia by allowing this kind of behaviour by the ruling party. This is farce democracy and the EC chairman's silence in this clearly shows who his masters are. Its not The Almighty but the evil Sultans in Putrajaya
