Saya ingin menyuarakan kebimbangan saya pada kes saman Saudara terhadap Dr Mamathir. Mungkin saya jahil dalam bidang perundangan. Kebimbangan saya bukan soal bersalahnya Saudara atau tidak. Kita semua tahu bahawa Saudara diaib dan diananya oleh Dr Mahathir dan balachi-balachinya. Kebimbangan saya ialah pada system kehakiman kita yag masih belum 100% bebas. Bimbang kesempatan ini akan digunakan oleh mereka untuk lebih mengaibkan saudara.

But do you still have faith in the judiciary system in Malaysia after it has been widely condemned by many? Could it still reach the very core of independence if the trial is in fact regarded as highly controversial especially involving Dr M ?
